Bro this video is awesome for intermediate cyclists who know all the details of the bike and are looking for the technical experience of another biker who has ridden it , kudos its such a good video.
Thanks sir for your words ❤️ keep supporting
Should one go for RC 120 instead of RC 100 for more gear variation. Pl comment.
Thanks for commenting sir, if you're more demanding with the speed n all then obviously you should go for RC 120, But if money is the only concern for you then you can go for RC 100.
Thanks for the information.
Informative 👍🏻👏🏼
Keep posting such videos 🤘🏻
Thanks bro❤️
Very nice to the point review....no bakwas 👍....I live in hilly area and at age 50 want a comfortable bike to get around 20 30 kms please suggest a good brand around 30k
This is what I was looking for, thank you
❣❣❣❣
Bro why not go for montra helicon x... That is cheaper than this
Sir montra helicon x is still a bit expensive then this Triban 100
Both bikes are good i just found a difference that in Triban you'll get 700*28c wheel but in montra you'll get 27.5 a shorter wheel size
And montra helicon is gonna be more heavier then Triban sir that's the main difference.
Weight really matters sir
How is this bike for occasional off-roading to forest trails? Appreciate any feedback.
Apologies for the late reply. Well, sir to be very honest road bikes are supposed to be ridden on paved roads, not offroads.
Here I am just trying to explain that this bike is good on normal mild gravel roads.
Hello bhaai can u plzz tell me i want to buy this bike can i ride 30-40 km daily ?
Yes, Sir, you can easily 👍 this bike is specially made for such purpose.
@@inddeflimmaker thnksss
Excellent and to to the point review
Thank you sir 😍😍 for such immense support
Medium Size doesn't available in decathlon... so what I do?
Order it online sir,
Hey brother I went to decathlon they say this is for paved roads strictly pr else it’s rim will get bent. In my area roads are not that good so should buy this cycle?
Sir yes obviously road bikes are only meant for paved roads but in this bike you,ll get broad hybrid tyres so you can also ride on mild gravel roads not on fully off-roads
@@inddeflimmaker actually the roads in my city are typical indian roads . So will this bike work? I love road bikes so what should I do budget is around 35k?
@@justanotherviewer6756 yes so normal indian roads are mild gravel so you can easily ride on that no problem
@@inddeflimmaker thank you so much bhai

Hey Brthr..
Ur review - Crisp & to the point review mate.
Nice Job.
For 175 CMS - What should be the size ?
And also the first cycle to be driving with that style off hand bar (35 Years) !
Is TRIBAN - RC 100 recommended ?
First of all thank you so much sir for your valuable feedback , i really appreciate and respect your time.
Your first querie is which size is compatible for your height. right?
Well your height is 175 cm so you should clearly go for 57 cm frame size bicycle which is (L) large size
There is no confusion in this, this the perfect size for you
Your second querie is you’ll gonna ride drop down handelbar road bike for the first time, right?
Well for this bicycle there is no such suggestions like whether is good or bad for any specific age group, so yes anybody from any age group can ride this bicycle.
However for sure it's road bike obviously so it,ll give you that traditional aggressive posture and you,ll get slightly bent on your cycle. If it's that your concern I would suggest you to go for straight handelbar road bike because this bikes comes in a two model first one is your drop handelbar and second is straight handelbar so in straight handelbar your posture would be more comfortable you,ll not feel anykind of minor and sever pain.
But plz note if you're newcomer in cycling so you can probably feel slight pain in back but if you're already a cyclist than you won't feel any,and the next you can do is to do a proper bikefit according to your body size in this you can adjust seat height correctly so the cycle would be even more comfortable.
Sir i hope i given all the answers if i had missed out on something plz bother me and. Also you can connect with me on instagram for more clearity on this topic.
Thank you
@@inddeflimmaker all the questions that I had in my mind are been answered in detail buddy..
Thank u and I will get connected with u on Instagram.
@@chiranjeevirock ❤️❤️ sure sir
brother does the tyres get punctured easily /often? i have potholes and uneven roads around my area
About the puncture part well sir it's totally beyond our control but cycle got punctured by only sharp particles not by terrain in most of the cases but in this bike you,ll get 35 c wide hybrid tyres so yes you can ride it on indian gravel roads easliy.
I'm 5 feet 6,which size should I take of triban rc 100?
Sir you should clearly go for medium size.
medium size is compatible for those who are in between 5.5 to 5.8 ft
Medium size
@@inddeflimmaker hi, are you sure medium won't be too risky? Because of the riding position actually being higher than the handlebar? Won't it affect balance to reach ground easily incase of emergency? I have always rode bicycles which has handlebars higher than sitting positions before
@@animikhchakrabarty sir it's obvious that your sitting position would be higher than handel bar because road bike is designed for more aero dynamic posture so yess your saddel gonna be high .
For your concern You just need a proper bike fit means you have to adjust the seat hight according to your body for that let me tell you some steps how will you do it.
Step 1: raise your seat at the level of your waist line you can keep it a littel below from your waist line if you want to.
Step 2: this is the last and important step and in this step you have make sure that not your whole foot but only toes should touch the ground and if your toes will touch the ground than yes that's your correct saddel height
your problem is solved now because your cycle will be in your controll and you can easily maintain your balance
You can connect me through instagram if this info is not helpfull
I,ll give you more clearity on this topic
Hey Animikh,
Yes M is going to be fine for you.
Unlike other bikes, where your feet should touch the ground , Roadies are balanced by toes only.
Just make sure your saddle is placed high from your handle , that's the ideal sitting position.
Hey everyone, thanks for the replies, however, even after having triban as the first choice, I had to order Rockrider st 120 because triban was out of stock. Waiting for the rockrider to get delivered now. Cheers!
Informative video brother 🔥🔥
Thanks bruh❤️❤️
Tyres i have is 700x32.. its 2 months old now .. and still looks brnd new. test it a 200 km ride and its good for long rides...
Amazing you can also go for 700*35 for more gravel and tarmac roads and good to see you that you,ve tried for long endurance ride keep it up❤️🙏
What happens if we use broad cushion seats for 40km rides?
Sir rather than using a broad cushion seats for longer rides,
i would suggest you to not change your existing saddle with new one what you can do is you can just buy a gel padded shorts which are actually recommended for longer rides, And when you ride with broad seat obviously it,ll become a barrier for your croches and you,ll feel very overheated and ultimately it leads to chaffing irritation, itching.
Thanks you

esto com uma imgualzinha a ésta aki no brasil peguei pela decatro tanbem é muinto boa mesmo
Hi can u help what size max we can upgrade
There are only 3 sizes in this bike ( S, M, L)
You can choose a compatible bike size as per your body height.
But you can not upgrade the size of the bike.
Can we modify disc break in it and my height is 5.11 which one to go 27.5 or 29
Same bike i have.. from Philippines
That's amazing ❤️❤️❤️
How many kilometers we can ride in one hour.
Well sir it's totally depend on the current and averages speed you're riding on let's say if you're riding on 25 kmph average obviously you will cover almost 24 .5 km easily without taking any break while riding so there is no specific and concrete answer for this question because it's not absolute it's relative to your average speed .
Thanks for the feedback

Nice shades. Where can i buy it from?
At Decathlon sports india sir ❤️
Bhai I m satinderjit singh from village in district Patiala. My age is 35 , my height is 5-8, and weight is 76kg. I want to purchase a new bicycle for daily commute . My office is 15 km from my home (total 30 km updown) . I m confused between hybrid bike or road bike , which bike, what model, size of bike according to my height.
Plz suggest me .
Reply early
Sure sir i,ll call you tomorrow no problem i,ll clear your whole doubts.
I hope sir i have resolved your querie over our telephonic conversation.
Thank you so much stay tuned.
Bro what is the tyre size now for flat bar versions ?
Now it's 700*28c for all road bikes in the decathlon.
Bro does the rim get bent
Bro I can,t assure about this because it's totally depend upon the terrain In which you're riding obviously this road bike has good wheels
But still it's road bike meant for roads but you can ride on mild gravels not in typical off-road terrain for that purpose you need a mountain bike obviously 🙏
Conclusion : you can ride this bike on mild gravel but you can't ride it on typicall muddy and off-road terrains it may cause your cycle rim bent , punctures and discomfort ❤️
@@inddeflimmaker thanks bro.
Front gears nahi hai usse kya fark padta hai
Sir sabse pehle aapko pro batata hun uske baad ek con batunga
Pros: single chain ring hone ki wjha se mtlb wahi aage front derailleur nahi h simply front gear nahi hone ki wjha se aap puri 7 speeds mtlb gears ko use kar sakte ho thike iss fayda ye hota h ki aapko koi confusion nahi hota Changing me plus aapko koi combination follow nahi karna simple then aage wale chainring bada h so aapki normal pedaling bhi efficient rahegi .
Cons : abb baat karte hain ki isme dikkat kahan h simply front gears jaisa aap khe rha hain mtlb second chain ring na hone ki wjha se incase aap jyda elevation gain karte ya jyada chadhai wale road par ride karte hain to aapko jyada efforts lagane padenge .
To single gear road bike normal aur thode bohot elevation ke liye perfect h lekin agar aap mountains ke elevation dekhe to whan kai kilometres tak srif chadhai hoti h to uske liye use na kare kyonki whan thodi dikkat a sakti h comfort me baki aap zyada jankari mujhse instagram se connect hoke le sakte hain
Cycle comes with 700 x 32, not 35 by default
Bro the latest model which is Triban 100 comes with 700*32c some of the latest batch models coming in 700* 25c as well because people are looking for more efficiency and performance
but the earlier models came in 700* 35. If you wanna upgrade it to 35c you can and that would be better
Also in this video that Triban iam using has 700*35 so it may differ sometime because Decathlon is making changes rapidly. For more info you can connect with me on instagram
Thank you

It's 700*32c sir
Can you tell is it possible to fit a 35C tyres there?
@@abhiseksaha3221 for sure sir
even earlier Decathlon had used 35c tyres but now they're using 32c and 25c as well in this road bike so yes it's 100% possible to fix 35 c
@@inddeflimmaker I see
Thanks
You have put in a lot of effort bro, appreciate it and the review is perfect
I am 6'3 which size should I opt for ?
Thanks for the feedback sir well your height is 190 cm for that you should clearly go for xl size
@@inddeflimmaker I have enquired decathlon about XL, it seems we wont be getting it in India, L would be the last we can opt for 😅
@@saikrishnareddy1512 sir no problem L is also good for you
Because in MTB segment there are all sizes s ,m ,l ,xl but in road bikes Decathlon has s ,m,l so i think you should go for L size but if you're supposed to buy an MTB then for sure you have to take xl size
