Welcome to the game. Even if you saw his abilities, it wouldn't help you much. You have a few years of knowledge to gain about procs, hots, dots, pots, buttons, flasks, etc.

would like to say that puzzles in dungeons is ass design
They're fine when done right, like I think the maze is fine personally but I don't think puzzles should be in bosses. Especially with how similar they look sometimes, that killing the wrong one is a wipe mechanic is stupid

Plater just does what u can do urself. Highlighting important mobs? Just play the dungeons and know what mobs are important to kick or funnel on. That’s basic knowledge u will get by playing the game.

Platter reduces the cognitive load for sure, but definitely is not necessary. I’ve played with a lot of people who’ve reached high IO before even bothering with such addons.
Usually most people learn what kicks and stops are more important than others by experience, and if you ever join a push group, platter won’t do much for coordinating stops and kicks properly
3010 rn with no plater? i use threatplates and learned the mobs from a cheat sheet. you dont need plater lmao
bro u dont even need to run a dg several times to know what's the important kick, there's a standart in dgs. u know what's important to kick just by knowing its not a bolt, it's usually a cast that does CC or a big aoe, or a big undispelable dot
