What a fantastic month! If at some point you make a similar elf/alfar kit (whether it's northern themed, with more fur skins than leaves, or "frozen" themed) you would make many Northern Alliance KoW players happy, because you have the rest of the army covered with one kit or another

I visualize that one woman as a Bar Maid with an axe over her shoulder.
i bet she keeps order very well.
It reminds me one D&D campaign we ran about 30+ years ago, the bar maids wore full chain and had big clubs to settle rowdy customers down a bit.
The bouncers (half ogres and a few full ones too as well as some semi civilized trolls), were in full plate with even bigger clubs or swords if needed, it was a tough bar for sure.
We didn't visit much after dark, even as higher leveled adventurers, the risk to reward ratio was too small.
Too many things that came out only at night, not just humans, undead, failed summoning's, and other things.
The few times we did were very tough fights.
It was a very low magic world, level 9's or higher of any class were pretty rare, we made it to 10 or so and then the DM went off to get his degree and so did others, and we broke up, but he did wrap it up nicely at the end though.
Amazing! I would love to play that game, that tavern sounds really immersive with civilized trolls and half-ogre bouncers! Inspiring!

There is a lot more detail in this set than I expected. I appreciate that Gunnar comes with an optional rock base instead of the dragon head. Thank you for these choices.
There is a Huskarl that has runes that look like "A" "G" and I refuse to believe it is an accident.

I love this month!!! Stunning artwork, so detailed and jet versatile. I feel this is the right direction for a coherent and realistic world. I can't imagine fighting in heels to be comfortable but this is fantasy, and everything looks so amazing so I'm ok with that. Also horses are amazing
If I hadn't made myself clear enough I like that there are both male and female characters, I hope this trend continues with other races

Hey @slabri2425 :) The epic slot has been used to sculpt the Heroic Mount Svadilfari, i made so many trolls and dragons the latest months that i wanted to make something more realistic. There's a huge Fenrir from the Demon Hunters release, various Trolls from the Svartwood Trolls, a Ice Jotunn that fits from 2 years ago and finally the Linnorm of Frostheart that can be paired with this set :)
Looking pretty good, already know where I can use them. Wouldn't mind seeing the rest of that dragon though. Love the design on it!
Perhaps during the next month one can fit a release :) I made the Linnorm of Frostheart last year, have you seen it?

Great work, the horses have great models that really set them apart from the thieve's horses we got earlier

Do you have any painting guides? How to paint these miniatures.
Quite like this set. The troops are nicely detailed but nothing too specific that nails them down to one particular role. Could be used for vikings, anglo-saxons, even Rohan. The pinup is also nice. Only complaint is the wedge heels on the shieldmaiden look goofy.

About the heels, it was an hard decision, but they helped to achieve the stylized look of her poses I sketched on paper. Basically the silhouette (or action line) were lost when I used normal shoes on her, I spent hours trying to achieve that affect. I was not really happy to use high heels on her, but finally the energy of the pose would look so much better

Thank you so much for not goint "to deep" into fanatsy: No horned helmets, no riding wolfs or dragons and not crazy ridicouls weapons with only bare chested berserkers.
When I saw the title, I was a little worried but good to see Artisan Guild not letting me down!
On that note: I would be super happy for a release of bare-chested berserkers riding wolf dragons; both wearing horned helmets.

@@mandragoradravgis Those were cats, not wolf dragons. Also there was a distinct absence of silly hats. So, turn the Dragonpeak set up a couple of notches.

crazy ridiculous weapons - check.
Bare-chested berserkers - (at least the males, darnit) also check.
Wolves or dragons - nope, as you said, cats.
Three out of four when they're this specific and you can load them on Frostmetal Worgs or Draconian Scourge mounts takes the win.
Reeeeally good as always its just... when models like that came out i fear my painting skills will not make then justice cause u know they have SO MANY DETAISL! Hehe

Thanks! tried several sketches on Slepnir too, but for the moment I couldn't come up with a pose I like and also make it compatible with saddle and rider :)

Very cool. Shame the female hero has armoured high heels though? Looks a bit silly. Outside of that, great.
That horses have a great deal of character very cool. I want to pair them with way more figures than just those northern men, some truly savage riders would look awesome on them as Kurgan marauders for the upcoming old world. The weapons are fine too but too much on the space marine size for my tastes.

Wouldn't call anyone 'woke', but I have to agree that I don't personally find the pin up attractive. Hoping they return to more slender models in the future.
Not at all @stchambers89. I'm aware that several ip I like had been transformed a lot for the modern standard and don't always like that, so this is not really the case. Every month I sculpt what I'm mostly inspired too, and for this set I imagined a horacle of abundance and harvest as Pinup, a character that is also a mother of several childs and not necessarily a warrior :)
I think the pin up is excellent and fits the theme.
