One of the best/comprehensive reviews I've seen on the Poly Free 60+ - great job. RE the USB A adapter--you can order it with either USB A or USB C. It looks like they just sent you the A-version for review. I'd add that the transmit audio quality was NOT great when it first shipped. As of December 2023, the software upgrades (via the free LENS Desktop app from Poly) have greatly improved the transmit audio quality and noise-cancelling on the transmit. It also sounds to me like the EQ has been tweaked for the better on music playback.

Really impressed with this tech on hand, my only gripe ever with TWS Earbuds is they always make you sound like you're underwater but if that's the kind of mobility freedom you need these are the business solution for sure.
Yeah, the mics can't quite place where it would be optimal to pick up articulation on speech, but these are better than most.
These are dope! Been a big fan of Poly since using their Voyager 6200 neckband (thankfully work paid for them lol). These seem like the logical "true wireless" evolution of the 6200
I HAD THAT 6200! It was such a good neckband.
I would have wished they would work perfectly on my PS5 :( they sure work, but you are stuck in a kind of "Call mode" where sound quality is really bad. Otherwise, they are so fantastic

Did Plantronics get bought out because I thought this was another company's earbuds, either way they have always made great headphones
Owned by HP now, but as far as I know it is Plantronics.
Plantronics acquired Polycom and rebranded itself to Poly in 2019. Then in 2022, HP acquired Poly lol
