There are many models of treadmill that are similar to the one demonstrated here. It was an attempt to make 1 video for multiple models. So it is a generic, mid teens, Proform or NordicTrack treadmill. :)
I did this by myself. It was hell. Those things are hefty. I highly recommend getting a neighbor or friend to help. Getting it up stairs by myself nearly killed me. Twice. But to answer how I at least did it, I just lifted one end and stood it up and then let it fall (carefully) towards the destination. It works on stairs too, but was much trickier. It is very much worth getting a pro to help and many treadmills on Amazon offer free installation and delivery inside of the house. Even if it isn't as nice of a treadmill, that alone is worth it. And if you do get one from a big box store, they often charge (as of Feb. 2019) 160+ dollars for help building. Amazon only costs 80 dollars and has very high reviews. Just some things I found that might help someone down the line.
