Past few months youtube has been recommending me gameplay of you playing Anakaris and they're so entertaining! Its a joy to see you play Anakaris so well, and see a character get playtime that normally nobody plays. You've got some amazing tech for his grab that's really surprising the things it can counter. ^_^
That bit where you used the cloud dash scoot to the side to bring down Sonson's Rod from God right on Scott's offscreen dome was so damn stylish. I don't think many other players can say they made Justin Wong make the kind of face he made after that one.Very well played!
Justin, I'm a mid 40s guy who grew up in 90s arcades on the east coast. We had a local scene that loved street fighter and marvel. When mvc2 came out, I was ok with it, but the more I played it at the time, the less I liked it. It felt kind of rushed and jumbled together, then it seemed like my favorite characters were underpowered. But then somehow I got into umvc3 and loved it. I played mid tier in umvc3 and did quite well for my team (avengers and spider man) and I had fun with the game even though I did not play top tier. So fast forward to today and this collection comes out. Now I have tons of knowledge on RUclips at the tip of my fingers, and full online gameplay that is easily accessible. Justin, this game is FUN for me now, and I play mostly mid tier. You helped bring out the fun in this game for me, by playing all kinds of interesting teams and just encouraging people to experiment and have fun. Thanks bro.
@@AharonNiziri I'd like to see JWong use a Jill/Juggernaut team against AC. I know he considers Cammy/Guile/Charlie his "best" low tier team but his Jill is crazy
AnakarisCurse is the GOAT for making Justin get super sweaty for once! i love the combos and the super chains! good lord this man is peak Anakaris performance for real! i watched the whole video on justins vods channel and man that was a good set!!!

Watched these players for a while and really see great skill on both of their games. Justin will always be legendary in games or in coaching other people play, and AC will always be top in the low tier category which require great skill to be able to keep up with. Both are amazing in their own way
When I was younger, I used to think he was a goodie-two-shoes/whiner in the animated series from the 90s (especially when it came to Jean, lol!), but as his origin story got fleshed out, he has definitely earned the right to be field leader through blood, sweat, and tears.
i think we need to update mvc2 tier lists to include the character and their assist. like captain command with corridor assist is an S while command with fire assist is D tier. cause cyclops/uppercut is an A tier but cyclops/cyclone is a B.
