    Studied Aikido for a year. Never got the hang of this. This is the first time i see it so clearly demonstrated! 🎉 Kudos. Will try it out this week at new judo dojo.
    PS the name of this is Ushiro Kaiten Ukemi.

    I just went to judo training yesterday. Gotta say I really couldn't do backroll because my spine and back are really like rocks and not flexible

      @@lvoryI Just practice rocking back and forth. Roll in a light way that isn't stressful until your body adapts to the rolling movement. Rolling is something we do a ton as kids but many of us lose it from sedentary lifestyles as we get older. The habit's there, it's just a matter of getting the body adjusted to it again.
