Just one caution: If you play this in your car, stay aware of how hard your right foot is pressing the gas pedal and watch closely for speed traps. Loving your Queen week. More, more, more. Their catalog is immense and as diverse as it gets.
Under pressure live from Wembley 1986. Vanilla ice stole the baseline which may sound familiar. It’s a brilliant live performance. Powerful vocal from Freddie and you will enjoy what he does with the crowd.
Hey Queenmates!! This song is played in the zombie bar scene in the Shaun of the Dead movie!! Hilarious .... the main characters are about to fight off zombies in a bar & then the jukebox is bumped & DON’T STOP ME NOW begins to play. Shaun yells “Kill the Queen” and everybody says you mean her majesty? “No the jukebox”. 🤣😂🤣😂 Then the end credits are YOU’RE MY BEST FRIEND cuz Shaun’s best buddy is now a zombie trained to play video games!! 🤣😂🤣😂
Check out, Queen, Dragon Attack, live. They had 18 albums, gold, platinum, and double-platinum. One of my favorites, A Kind of Magic, live. You haven't even begun to scratch the surface. To hear Roger Taylor's extremely high falsetto, check out one of their earliest songs, Queen, live at the Rainbow (1974)"In the Lap of the Gods"
I like your enthusiasm!!!!!! Did you know Dr. Brian May is playing a guitar he built with his dad when he was 16 with wood around the house. This was voted the happiest song of all time. Brian worried about Freddie when he first heard this song because it's about Freddie exploring his new sexuality. This was the time when aids had started. For more high energy react to: NOW I'M HERE , live at Wembley - mad energy and UNDER PRESSURE, the live at Wembley is amazing and the studio version video with David is also great, with Freddie's voice rested he reaches high notes that his voice couldn't do on tour. There are sooo many great songs , it's hard to recommend a few.
No! This was 78! 81 the medical profession had no idea what Aids was But at the end of the year they realised lot of young men were getting sarcoma cancer it normally only effects older people with very low immune system which is what Freddie had in 87 when he was diagnosed with full blown Aids They investigated why this was happening in 82... In 78 then with other songs Brian had an issue with Freddie songs having gay overtones 'Supersonic man out of you..' Guitar world Brian said he had to have a word with him about it 75 I think Freddie started dating David he said he heard bo rap before it was released They were definitely together in 76 David said Freddie wrote take my breath away and lover boy for him They were together but fizzling out in 78 when he met Joe there is a picture of the three of them together Their relationship had become difficult David admitted to being violent toward him bit when Freddie defended himself ended up hurting David Theres pictures of David in the studio with the band So he had been in a relationship to or three years before this song Yes he was introduced to the NY scene I think that's where he met Joe who he dated for two years But I doubt Brian would be aware of that life style He was concerned about the lyrics and Freddie style changing effecting the band and fans reaction to it
Brian and his father worked on it together, based on Brian’s innovative ideas and preferences... all when Brian was a teenager. They also built a homemade telescope... in both cases because the family couldn’t afford professionally manufactured ones. Not only does Brian still use The Red Special as his main guitar (with copies as backups and for alternate tunings) - he still has that homemade telescope too !
If you haven't seen it before, this is a nice vid of Brian describing building it with his dad; no power tools, pieces from a fireplace mantle, an old table, his mom's knitting needle & buttons, etc. ruclips.net/video/TS6bPFoCIkc/видео.html
Please, if you are going to react to Bohemian Rhapsody, especially the official version, do it with headphones or iPods. You'll miss so much if you dont!
I said it before and I’ll say it again. I wish I knew Freddie Mercury existed when he existed. There was no RUclips, no social media. I heard Queen’s biggest hits. But had no clue who the band members were. All I had was my car radio. I feel cheated. I went to two Michael Jackson concerts. But Queen? I didn’t know a damn thing about them . What a shame. Growing up in Detroit, I was limited!
All 4 members each wrote at least 3 number 1 hits. All are also highly educated. Brian May (the guitarist) for example has a PhD in astrophysics and has worked with NASA.
Ohhhhh yeah, here comes Mr. Fahrenheit, Freddy Mercury himself bursting through the skies 🔥🔥🔥👑👑👑 Oh, and welcome to Queen's world, it will blow your mind 💥💥💥
Just loving your reactions to Queen!! I've had the privilege of listening to them from way back when they started,, and I can honestly say I've loved every second of their music. Just love ❤️ Queen!!
If you want a crazy funny video and song do I want to break free official, was Rodger Taylor the drummer's idea for the theme don't say anymore but it's hysterical and if you want some bars do Stone Cold crazy
Please don't leave out John Deacon, he is the quiet storm type. All four members of Queen is of equal in importance if you see it or not. Deacon has written some of the most memorable bass riffs in rock.
There’s not more members on stage. It’s always the same 4 members, lead singer & keyboard Freddie Mercury, guitar Brian May, Bass John Deacon, drums Roger Taylor.
This is my happy song and my ringtone on my phone. Brian shreds it and the boys in the back are spot on. Freddie is supercharged throughout. Excellent reaction, thank you.
Did you know Freddie had a 4 octave range! He had 4 extra teeth on top and never got them fixed afraid it would change his voice. Don't stop me is rated the Happiest song ever written!
If you like Brian May check out Queen's song '39, it's a stunning space-themed folk ballad. For something more fast-paced check out his guitar solo in Headlong and Princes of the Universe (it was written for the 1986 film Highlander).
Love your reaction ! I love Freddy Mercury and Queen too ! Have you heard Stevie Ray Vaughn's. " Texas Flood". and Voodo Child. Wait for the surprise !!!!
You want people who can shred a guitar? Metallica - One Megadeth - Holy Wars.... The Punishment Due Slayer - Raining Blood Pantera - Cowboys from Hell Alice in Chains - Man in the Box Testament - Low Dream Theater - Pull Me Under Five Finger Death Punch - Over and Under It This music will take you down a rabbit hole that you never would have imagined you would be listening to.
this was one of the most sexually explicit songs they did, and they were afraid to release it! they put it on side b of a single 45 record, most fans at the time only played the a side and they hoped it'd slide by censors until wordofmouth hit. It's all about having a great night out, and finding someone for the night, maybe straight, maybe gay - Freddie had begun teasin' hints at this time (mid 70s) all those refs to rockets... and that "supershooter ready to reload" ... ❗️
Great reaction! For a great upbeat live performance check out Now I Am Here live at Wembley 1986 ruclips.net/video/-iCY-noGbas/видео.html. Don't Stop Me was written by Freddie Mercury, this is very difficult song to sing, it is really fast and it has a lot of high notes, in full chest voice. Don't Stop Me Now and Bohemian Rhapsody from Queen was recently voted as the best songs of all time in Britain, in a massive poll. Don't Stop Me Now was not big hit when it was released, in America it only reached no. 86 on the charts. But the popularity of the song has only grown throughout the years, these days it is one of Queen best selling songs. When scientist studied the uplifting effects in music, they discovered that Don't Stop Me Now has the most uplifting elements.
Google Happiest song in the world and this is it. Sad part is Freddie wrote this during the height of his sexual experimentation and probably when he contracted AIds :( The other band members worried about him at this time.

This song was studied and determined to be the "Happiest Song on Earth" 😊
Yep, by the greatest band on earth!
Brian May said it's also the song most often played at wedding receptions.
Just one caution: If you play this in your car, stay aware of how hard your right foot is pressing the gas pedal and watch closely for speed traps. Loving your Queen week. More, more, more. Their catalog is immense and as diverse as it gets.
I could imagine it being a good road trip song lol. Thank you for watching 🙏🏿

Welcome to our world! Queen - one of the best bands of my generation. So glad you're going down this rabbit hole. You're in for a ride!!
Anything from Queen live at Wembley you won’t be disappointed.
My favorite Queen song!
Check out, Queen, Dragon Attack, live. They had 18 albums, gold, platinum, and double-platinum. One of my favorites, A Kind of Magic, live. You haven't even begun to scratch the surface. yes it is technically called "high falsetto" but in reality...his voice is in the STRATOSPHERE!!! definitely a must hear!!!
Travelling at the speed of light, that’s why we call him Mr Fahrenheit...cos he’s so hot! 🔥
This song is my ringtone, always makes me smile💛
Really enjoying your reactions and appreciation of Queen! 😊

They were definitely together in 76
David said Freddie wrote take my breath away and lover boy for him
They were together but fizzling out in 78 when he met Joe there is a picture of the three of them together
Their relationship had become difficult David admitted to being violent toward him bit when Freddie defended himself ended up hurting David
Theres pictures of David in the studio with the band
So he had been in a relationship to or three years before this song
Yes he was introduced to the NY scene I think that's where he met Joe who he dated for two years

You should react to Love Of My Life in Rock In rio 1985. The crowd singing is amazing!
