I brought a braided wig cap and I have a regular cap but I'm not even about to do that. I'm just gonna part my hair put it in a bun and braid without the cap. I had braided my hair the first time I did it
Looks great! Question: do you find that your hair sheds less with the braidless method compared to crochet hair on the braids? Is the hair any less dry after take down with the braid less vs crochet hair on braids?

The Lyfe of A... extremely easy! You just cut the crochet hair out. Cut as much of the crochet hair off (without cutting your natural hair of course) and then the hair just slips out
Always has been a risk, there's several ways water/hydration can damage our hair. Even deep conditioning over 2 hours or not drying hair fast enough is a risk because it may swell the hair strands making it more susceptible to damage.
