just turned 39 on april 24th and have been playing tekken since I was 8 at old arcade and its pretty great they made the switch to consoles because sitting is better lol. Found the game on sale on steam and been waiting for a deal and reviews. MK 1 was disappointing me and found it to be too slow and lack of a playable roster really is annoying...not to mention dlc delays with homelander and takeda haven't been addressed and might have to revamp whole entire game like they did with mk 11 and I spent over $100 for stupid thing so back to the king of iron fists and don't think mk is a serious contender with their recent entry to fighting game genre. Also on a side note bring back bloody roar, primal rage and sure few other gems need to be brought into the limelight that just kind of disappeared.
@@GameListPlus definetely miss the old days of beating your friends face to face and having bragging rightd. Remember when you could see them rage quit and cuss you out and go home only to come bavk same day or next day lmao, good times.
Being a Steam achievement completionist on Tekken 7 last year I picked up Tekken 8 via Steam and in a few days 100%ed it's Steam achievements making it my third most recent game on Steam to set foot on my Perfect Games list with my top two most recent being Star Wars: Dark Forces Remastered and Mullet Mad Jack. Tekken 8 is one of the better fighting games of the 2020s so far coming from someone who favors Mortal Kombat as far as the 1 on 1 fighting genre goes! My main in Tekken 8 the last several of times I played it was Reina!

The game was great for like three days, and then everyone turned into a low poke zoning sidestep attacker. The combos are fun when you're not going against garbage players you have to out step or low poke to victory.
I haven't had time to play in the last few days, that's not good to hear. My friend Andy was saying something similar a couple days ago. And that Victor is frustrating with his overpowered moves.
um what about customization? you barely touched on it, considering MK11 and MK1 scaled theirs back to the bare bones minimum, that is a huge selling point for us fighting game fans! MK11 had 3 items you could customize but the latest only has 1 item, IT SUCKS!
Played gm since Tekken 1 also not a Tekken professional however agreed if you're buying a fighting game for flashy looks good however if you're buying a gm for technicality strategy & actually learning an actual fighting game th way it should be learned w difficulty & not button smashing 1 button to pull off a 10 hit modern combo than this gm isn't for a long time Vet. Sorry that's just a pipe 💣 it's not fun if u can fight 100 matches & still reach Tekken lord rank lmao 😆 u know they designed this gm not for Vets. Y it's getting such high ratings cuz we live in a brain dead eazy woke modernized world 🌎
