Im loving the resurgence of quickdraw decks. Even if you don't play them, they're really fun to play against imo, and they allow for a ton of skill expression and personalization compared to something like Blackwings.
Quickdraw remerging also reduces a lot of decks to their boilerplate/copy pasta lists of years past sadly. Its a fun shake up though for sure, I'm already wanting it to be over with though lmao.
Excellent rundown! If I may yes-and here: some of my honorable mentions of new-from-2024 from my personal spreadsheet-of-cool-topping-lists: - Winged Rhynos (top 8s at YCS Lille UTW, top 8 Peak Beak 7. Shoutouts Zuczid, I think I speak for everyone when I say the absence of Cursed Tech has left a void in our hearts that's hard to fill) - Fishborg Frog OTK variants that go all-out on comboing and run 3 Des Frog (aka "Forgs", the UK Nats Top 8 list with the Mother Grizzlies/Trap Stuns, Alisdair's list with online success that ran more removal and Reckless Greeds) - the OTHER Blackwing Hybrid (I'm picturing ducktracey's list from a month or two ago) and even though they didn't get tops, I really liked a couple blink-and-you-miss-it lists that you did the incredibly-appreciated service of briefly shouting out despite barely missing top 8 in your top cut decklist videos: Galaxia's Tethys Fairy from earlier this year (I think there was a different Tethys list in top 8 at YCS Niagara though) and Roghnach's Herald Fairy Stun from Rulers. (related postscript anecdote of a real lived experience that I just had to write down somewhere: I played a buddy in the absolute worst, mind-bogglingly thought-intensive jank matchup a couple weeks ago - I was on exactly-Roghnach's Herald Fairy Stun against his pure Koa'ki Meiru brew and it wasn't until like 20 minutes into game 1 when it became apparent that I was in a zugzwang position where I couldn't threaten deckout because he could just repeatedly discard Iron Core for hand size and add it back instead of drawing until I made an offensive threat. Chipping away with 1 Kristya via 2 Pots of Avarice was the most grueling, time-consuming tactical commitment I've made since studying stuff in college)
That sounds like an INSANE matchup lol but super fun nonetheless. So many sick decks this year, was hard to pick just 5. Also really liked ht19 draw trap blackwings as well
2024 was a Renaissance for me and the community as a whole. Finally deciding to abandon current and make a mark on the OneTrueFormat, Edison! Love these lists especially Douglas’s Glads, who else could have stopped the Triple Vortex Rampage?
Hello, you said that Brionac does target while talking about tytannial and I was told he doesn’t. Am I being scammed everytime with machina fortress so? Sry for my English it s not my first language
You realize these decks all had uniquely incredible tournament success last year and that you are... signing a youtube comment on a site where usernames are visible right? Edit: also it's propose*

I tried to make Geartown and Kuraz work in Frogs for awhile now, but never managed to make anything decent. This is looks so cool!

Brionac does target in edison format.
Where can we watch replays of schwiftys quickdraw hero deck?
Either in videos on my channel or in the RBET vods!
