Wow raiding is mythic raiding to me, and there is very little handholding in mythic raiding. I would say you are correct for lower levels of difficulty. I would put what I see in this video as LFR or Normal at best.
Asian developers always practice this: 1) They will say it's a non-p2w game at first to lure a lot of players increasing their ratings in app stores. 2) Slowly adding p2w elements each season.

My main concern with this game is spending money on it and it just dies in a year because p2w kills it.
Last dev update they talked about removing gender lock and most of what people considered to be p2w. It's on tarisland's website.
