Excellent info. No need for another app to extract the info. Thank you!

    Great video, thanks.
Is there a way to see these coordinates on the iPhone without having to first transfer them to the computer and use the photos and preview programs?

@@SteveSherron yes indeed. I'll be going back to a spot where I took a photo two years ago. I've entered the coordinates into my hiking app, thank you.

Thank you for this! This was extremely helpful, as I recently lost a lot of my GPS data, and all I had to go by in some cases were photos on my iPhone 6. This tip saved my project, as the Photos software just doesn't show coordinates. I hope that gets changed soon, as it would be such a handy feature! Excellent video on your part.

Hi Steve. I use Windows 10. When I click the picture then File. I only see Open New Window, Open Window Powershell and Options. Export is not in any of them. How do I find out where the Export feature is?

Well, it probably worked when made. But 2022 and now 'gps' isn't an option in that list. At least for me. OS 12.2.1 :-(

Hey brother.. If you haven't already please do so.. This may help you live longer.. Please check your "ferratin" levels thru a blood test.. Its a test to see if you have excessive iron build up in your body.. It usually causes bronze or yellowish skin. Liver failure and a heart attack can happen with no warnings.. Nice videos by the way.

    It's much easier:
    1. Drag & Drop the picture to the desktop (or somewhere else)
    2. Mark it and use "cmd" + "i" for information. And there it is: The GPS data.
