If NASCAR made this move with the number placement change I would of liked this a LOT more. Having the number on the back looks a lot better than on the front imo
yh i agree it could be to recognize and enforce who we are from the driver behind us but i didn't understand why these neons under the cars ? is it just for esthetic or something else ?

I absolutely love this track one of my all-time favorites seen some great races on tv at Bristol the years with great drivers can’t wait too see it live at the September 18th night race this year man I’m so pumped for it

Couple things to fix nascar
1. I love the numbers being moved, but keep it a once a year thing
2. Have the underglow cause that's awesome, but have the color be chosen by the team and the whole way around the car

The purpose of lights in this case is so you can tell at a glance if its Ford, Chevy, or Toyota. Not just to make the cars look cool.
Guys, the lights are a fantastic idea, this was just really poor execution. The lights should be under more of the car and customizable. Please don't ditch the idea we want to see it again just improved.

@@MegaMr46 Yeah but at a track like Bristol where even teammates will rattle each other, manufacturer-specific colors don't make since. If they did this during a Daytona night race that would be PERFECT Since superspeedway racing involves manufacturer strategy nowadays.

adding underglow is very cool and flashy. even dale jr agreed that it should fit the scheme of the car. to be honest if they did that; its a win win. the sponsor of the car WANTS the car to look its best and most presentable. that gives it memorable recognition. eventually they can sell toys with LED's underneath and attract new fans.
doing this for a few select night races would be very very fun i think.

When I first saw the numbers moved back, my thoughts on liking them or not was neutral. But as I continue to see those, I started to like it. I like it much better than the numbers moved forward.
