I wouldn't trade for anybody over 27. Our guy's are about 22. And we're planning to target a ring 2 years later at least for 5 years. So a new addition has to be young enough.

The Rockets are better this year because of Sengun's improved athleticism. Watch his posture change over the years, he is not the same guy. He is now a positive presence on defense. I think he can get even more athletic - you might even see some ally-oops in a few years. Jalen is a little better, and Amen and Tari are getting comfortable in their roles. I was predicting 50 wins at the beginning of the season - I bumping that up to 55.
Deandre Ayton reminds me of Christian Wood. He's got all the physical gifts, but no heart. Everyone around him is improving except him. The Blazers have to find a away to get him off the team.
Nah…I’m not for Giannis. You’d have to trade Sengun as the spacing wouldn’t work with those guys. Now, the defense and transition offense with those guys would be sick…no doubt.
Most people that wish Rockets would have drafted Knecht instead of Reed should consider that Dalton is mostly a player that has to have the ball fed to him because he relies on immediately taking the shot. He is not a facilitator or a playmaker for his teammates whereas that is more Reed's style of play. His shot and defense will improve once he gets more time on the floor. Reed is a pass first player that tries to set up good shots for his teammates. Dalton would have caused some dilemma in the structure of the team going through Alpi and sometimes Jalen to drive the offense by him requiring to thrive on a lot of shots...which many times will not be efficient. Although Reed is small and needs to improve on his defense, he does give a lot of effort which Dalton is not very defensively inclined. Dalton is 3-4 tears older than Reed so in 3-4 years I look for Reed to be highly valuable for a team. Of course this is just my opinion on the situation.
