Yeah it is sad! with their price point, you would expect it in pristine condition. But Louis Vuitton’s quality is going downhill 😞, it’s not the first time I received a bag with flaws! But this is the first I received the same bag that I returned plus… with security tag attached😂 have a good weekend dear!😊

I have the same experience! I bought mine in the lv boutique in greenbelt. But I didn’t notice the scratches due to the lighting. Now i’m left with a lot of scratches. I haven’t even used it yet because i’m not happy with it

First, that funny laughing clip you added into this video was hysterical!! I mean that story was so ridiculous, all you could do is laugh but lately, all my LV unboxing have been failed unboxing. I don’t know what is going on with them but now I cringe every time I am going to unbox an item that I purchased from them as if I’m expecting something to be wrong with the item and that is very sad. I just returned my last purchase because of stitching issues but I loved the bag so much, I repurchased it. Now I have to cross my fingers, toes, and eyes and hope that this new order will be done well. I’m also waiting for a card holder and those always seem to have issues. 🤦♀️ I think after this, I’m going to refrain from buying from LV.
Hi Monica! I am just trying to laugh it out what LV did, otherwise it’s very frustrating! This is not the first time I unboxed a bag with flaws and I don’t even know why imperfect bags passed QC! I think I am now recovered from the LV bug😂 or LV addiction! I think the addiction is the effect of the pandemic! And now the pandemic is over my LV addiction is also over, I will still buy if I really like, otherwise I moved on to other brand.😊

I prefer to buy in store to avoid unpleasant surprises but I actually just relocated to an area that doesn’t have any LV boutiques nearby so I have to make my LV purchases online now. I’m pretty much done with luxury handbags. Before I moved, I sold at least 3/4 of my collection but this bag I loved. It is the New NeoNoe BB in monogram. I’m now waiting for my reorder of the same bag.

All you needed to do is get the tracking number of the delivery service to see where the bag was shipped from. It would show LV from Bond St. and not from Paris.

Hi! Hope you are well, to be honest it’s still look brand new as I only used it few times! It is a great bag but I use a bandoulier strap with it as I find it slips in my shoulder if I used the strap that comes with it! The only down fall is the strap is not adjustable, it’s only short or long. Over all its a great bag you can put more than your daily essentials, but again I prefer a small bags😊 thanks for dropping by!
