    I really enjoyed watching your video and learning from it.
    I’m a beginning woodworker and I have a beginner’s question. Why do you (and so many other experienced woodworkers) use your table saw for making cross cuts rather than your miter saw?

      Hi...typically a table saw will give you a smoother cut than a mitre saw for cross cuts. Thanks for watching, Wes

    I like this idea. I would use locking casters though? Unless you have a way of locking it to your table.

      Hi John...I build this cart mostly for transport around the shop. I built it the height of the table so I could easily slide things from the cart to the table. Thanks for watching, Wes

    I like your cart. I could use it by my lathe. right now it is a trash can with plywood on top. I like the idea of it being table saw hight. I am guessing it was made with poplar? Do you have a material list? I realize it depends on how big you make it, I am just trying to get an idea of how much material I would need. You said the blocks were 4 inches, was that actual 3 1/2 or a 1x6 cut down to 4 inches? Your video was pretty clear on how to put it together. I appreciate your ideas.

      Yes...popular and white melamine for materials. Full 4" for the measurement. Good luck., I am sure it will be great. Thanks, Wes

      Thanks for the reply. Just need to get some casters so I can get measurements for my table saw.

    Great design. However you failed to show us how you notched the lower shelf. Keep up the good work!

      Albert...my apologies! A jigsaw works great to cut the notch. Thanks for watching. Wes

    What did you fill the top surface screw holes with?

      Hi...I didn't fill the screw holes in the top so that I could replace is easily if necessary. Thanks for watching, Wes

    Not digging the screws mounting the casters. Bolts or lags.

    Is that 1x4 Pine for the legs?

    • @WoodworkingWithWes
      @WoodworkingWithWes  4 года назад

      No...it is 1X4 poplar but I am sure pine would work just fine. Thank you for watching
