    This man is such a visionary. He’s story is truly inspiring.
    Two things out of the many I got and would like to share are;
    1. There are beneficiaries of a service and there are givers of the service. One set spends money, the other makes money and that’s what makes the world go round.
    2. Success is a journey, it’s certainly not a fulfillment or a destination. It’s when you’ve been able impact the life’s of people you don’t know positively without expecting any gratitude in return.
    Thank you so much Steve for documenting this.👏🏽👏🏽

      When compared to other cities and towns in Nigeria and the subregion, Lagos growth can be seen as rapid!
      A deep seaport has been completed, the Dangote refinery has been completed, both in the Lekki corridor, a new airport has been earmarked as well as the 4th Mainland bridge!
      The first few stations of the Blue Line has been commissioned ( though I admit myself that this particular rail project is as slow as fcuk).
      The first of private residential homes have begun to spring up on Eko Atlantic( another slow project, Damn!!!)
      But do also note that a lot still needs to be done in EVERY major city in the world , including London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles!

    reposted ifeanyi's comment ......Great investment. This is why politics shouldn't divide us. This man has turned a marshland into something greater. He has created many jobs, saved lives, improved well being, boosted tourism, and put lagos on the global map of cities with tourists resort of note....... we go still hear say na one person build lagos.....see for yourself.....better mindset and a business strategist and also an economist in project architecture

    Really nice video i was at Landmark last December when i came into the country and i must say i was really wowed at what was built there, lots of kudos to this visionary Man. Makes me very proud that Lagos is now developing to also cater for tourism and lifestyle, my desire is to see us mature to the likes of what exists in Zanzibar and beyond i have no doubt that we have what it takes.

    We need investors such as Paul Onwuanibe to Invest in Akwa Ibom's beaches too. Akwa Ibom state is very safe and has good roads and I'm sure the current governor (Pastor Umo Eno) will be more than happy to have a conversation with him as tourism is part of his mantra and he's also in the leisure business outside of Politics.
    We need more resorts of this grade around Nigeria's coastal areas and even at cities around the inland water ways. Cities like Onitsha, Asaba, Lokoja and Makurdi could benefit from this kinds of investments once the state government provides the enabling environment and is ready to partner with these kinds of investors.

    Great man with great vision who has put his artistry to birth his vision. He should be handed the likes of Tinapa, Obudu Ranch and many others for turnaround. Government should partner him for rebirth of our tourism particularly tourism as it affects the coastline. My family and I were amazed at the entire layout when we visited in Dec. 2022.
