Ruined that fine instrument
They will still sell it. I had a Charvel from them, terrible set up, wouldn’t hold tuning at all. Drove it 100 miles back to them to assess and in their opinion all within ‘acceptable parameters’. Acceptable if you never want to bend a note. Terrible service.
