  • Motivation is a great tool just like a match! It can start the fire inside you and get you working towards those goals…but that’s about it! If you don’t have the forewood or fuel source that fire will go out quick! You need DISCIPLINE and DEDICATION! Set goals and make a plan, then execute on the plan!
    If you want to surround yourself with like minded individuals who are on journeys trying to be better every day I invite you to join the Fitfrhome Den Discord server! Come talk, ask questions, share your accomplishments! See you there!

    this video is so true, most of the youtubers do motivation videos, but this video is showing the reality guys. You have to be disciplined and focus on your goals, dont relay on something that wont last. Pay attention to him, he is saying the truth

    I was in the same boat, starting and giving up exercising constantly. Then I decided to do the smallest most tiny workout everyday, just 1 or 2 sets of farmer walk. That built up the consistency so hard its crazy. I think rest days really mess with people's ability to form habits as a novice.

    Yep, consistency and living like you're being watched and judged from above are the best medicine from becoming a complete wreck. It really does work.

    I'd say this is pretty accurate I started doing calisthenics about 8 months ago... basic stuff but I've been doing it basically every weekday for 8 months now😅
    Completely surprise myself that I've kept with it 98% of the time.
    I just kind of put my mind in the state of almost being like a robot. (At least that was effective to get started)

      1. What’s your age because this is important.
      2. Are you resistance training consistently?

      @phantomlancer139 4 месяца назад

      @FitFrHome I am 20 and train 3-4 times a week. Basically, I do 4-5 sets of solid pushups with 12 reps each set, and I do bicep curls with my school bag and some other light exercises. I have noticed good strength. After much practice, I can even hold an L-sit for 5 seconds. I'm still pretty skinny. Oh, and just so you know, I weigh around 60-62 kilograms."

    I'm not motivated, I'm driven. I workout not because of the willingness to do it but it's already planned for me to do it. It's not a "want", it's a "need".
