Quando Mike è sceso a salutarci la prima cosa che gli ho detto con le lacrime agli occhi è stata "mai avrei pensato di piangere ad un concerto dei NOFX, oggi è successo" e lui mi ha risposto che sta piangendo ogni giorno del final tour. Stamattina quasi non riuscivo ad alzarmi dal letto dai dolori, ma sono dolori di gioia e malinconia per il ricordo di ciò che è stato. Con the Decline si chiude il cerchio per me. Fratè io li ho visti sempre a Milano nel 1998 alla chiusura di un mega festival. Le tue parole rispecchiano esattamente ciò che provo anche io..una band che è stata di ispirazione per creare la mia, nostra, musica con il gruppo nel quale suono. Un cerchio che si chiude.
Io piango ancora adesso a 40 anni e a pensare che viaggio è stato per 25 anni con loro come colonna sonora della mia vita.. non volevo finisse più questo concerto😢❤
Che poi, sto guardando TUTTI i video che stanno via via caricando, di tutte le date del tour europeo.... Ma per ora un pubblico come a Milano, non l'ho visto!
Ho pianto davvero tanto. E non per il dolore postconcerto di 2 giorni di pogo... Se chiudo gli occhi ho la pelle d'oca. La prossima tappa, 3 luglio a padova, bad religion. Mi sembra il passaggio naturale.
