I wonder if he's got a specific mouth structure that allows him to obtain the whistles more easily than others.
pretty sure it's actually just one whistle that he layers with humming, throatbass and different lip basses.
to be precise: its the whistle dlow did to copy him but with the lower teeth replacing the lower lip.
its very hard to obtain tho, certain teeth structure might also be beneficial.
Mixfx is also the only other person that can do dkoys whistles perfectly

im amazed about how much people love this elimination while dkoy has been doing exactly that for years, his wildcards, his gbb performance, his freestyles are all insane and nobody talked about it, this elim is literally an average dkoy freestyle
Yeah. When I first saw D-koy it was during that gbb circle jam from a cpl years ago. I was blown away, and I thought he was the best there. To me he is on another level.

@@weaveer3812 "always lacked".. I can see how you might say that about structure, but timing?? He's had an incredible ability to play with timing for a while now. Check out his Busch battle with King Inertia for a prime example.

that whistle dkoy does is something different then what dlow does here, maze frog made a tutorial for dkoys whistle btw

Just checking out your analysis on dkoy whistle tech, he's not using the letter "d" iteration(?), just tried his beat and im pretty sure he is using the letter "k". Because allows you to ad a little kick while you are already on your whistle position much more efficiently

why is everything "amazing", i thought this elim was kind of basic. by giving everything the "amazing" title, it really takes away from truly special performances

D-KOY doesn’t use his lip for the whistle. It’s an original whistle or his, he only uses his teeth and tongue. That’s why he can do anything with his lips while doing the whistle, hence the lip bass with the whistle.
