It's the sad truth about live performances in any field of music, it's so heavily reliant on the sound system organizers doing their part. No matter how good the performance is, if the mixing is bad it drastically affects the performance in a negative way and it's not even the performer's fault. Imagine all that practice and preparation all just to sound nothing like how you practiced.
for me, ZVD was no different here than River was with his elims......... the comfortability, the swag, the clean sounds, power.. ect........ the flow..... why he did not get through the elims is baffling to me based on what i've already heard from other heavy hitters.....
I love almost every song on your album but fuck man i cant get cocaine out of my head! Theres a whole bunch of room for improvement in terms of production and mixing but my man this album especially for a first is insane. Love you and your work!
