I have a network dataset of Forest Service system roads that I need to create an Origin Destination Cost Matrix. Are there plans in the future to be able to incorporate roads systems other than what ESRI provides? These roads usually don't show up in Google Maps, etc, and are very specific to my analysis needs.
@MasonAutumn The ArcGIS Online routing services do not support any customization of the street data. For your workflow, you will need to publish routing services on your own ArcGIS Enterprise deployment using you own street data. If you just have your private roads, You can combine them with commercially available street data using StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS product (www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/streetmap-premium-for-arcgis/overview) and then publish your own routing services.
