I do Routing on ArcMap. We use a primary location for the Network Analyst Stop for the physical location and change the Network or Routing Location when there is a discrepancy. A single house on a lot will usually work well, but sometimes they do not agree if placed too close to the wrong road. My best example is a Mobile Home Park with multiple roads outside the parcel but no network Streets inside the parcel will often be routed to an interstate highway or a completely different road. It can take time to make the route work accurately.
Hey John, I use RouteSmart with ArcMap, and the same thing happens with my routing tool. I have to join all the stops in the MHP into 1 dot like an APT but still it takes some crafting bc streets. Q for you, have you migrated to Pro yet? If so, I wonder how many addresses it can handle at once? I do newspapers. What are you using NA for? I appreciate your time. I am going to check out your videos.
@@555JB I have no videos. I route for a company that delivers notices. We do multiple counties across multiple states. Like delivering newspapers, but we go through a new list once per year. Still on v10, no Pro, yet.
