good video, my 505 starts printing then shuts off after a few labels, but when it shuts off the PSU needs to be powercycled zebra sent a new PSU but the same thing happens. i cleaned it with the clean labels and its pretty clean
Do you know what to do, when the calibration is lost every 2-3 days, and new calibration has to be done again, and then again after 2-3 days, and then again ....?
Hi, You only need to calibrate your printer when it stops printing on the right place. That usually happens when you change the label size without recalibrating the printer to the new label size or when you put a new label roll.
Hi, These printers were designed to be on all the time. If you are not going to use for a while you can turn it off. The only downside is that every time you turn it on, there will be three labels fed through to calibrate the printer. The printer uses very little electricity when is not being used. It is an Energy Star compliant printer.
CAN YOU CALIBRATE SIDE WAYS. THERE ARE 100 VIDEOS HOW TO CALIBRATE AUTOMATIC UP AND DOWN, BUT MY PRINTER ZP450 THE IMAGE PRINTS SIDES OFF NOT IN CENTER. IT HAVE TO PRINT TWO PAGES FOR THE IMAGE TO BE COMPLETE. IDID SET UP THE 6X4" AND ALSO THE EASY UP AND DOWN, CAN YOU HELP ME? THANK YOU
Hi, That sounds like the ribbon cable that goes from the Logic Board to the Feed Button is defective. It is a know issue with these printers. That ribbon cable transmits the top gap sensor and feed button information. If the cable is broken, it will never calibrate correctly. Let us know if you need the cable. We sell the ribbon cables and can replace it for you.
Hi, If the printer is not filling the whole label side by side, that usually means that you need to change the label size on the printer driver. If you use the Seagull Scientific driver, the default label size is 4 x 4. I you use the Zebra Driver its 3 x 2. Please go to your printer driver and make sure your labels size is set up to 4 x 6. You need to make sure your shipping or labeling program is set up for the 4 x 6 labels. The laser or inkjet program is the default format. You have to change that format in the program so the label comes our vertical and with the right format. We offer tech support via Phone and remote computer connection for $49 one time fee. We will not charge you anything if the printer does not work. You can call us at 888 407 6757.

I did the manual calibration and now it’s only printing on 1/3 of the page? Even though I have 4x6 labels?
I'm having this same problem, mine won't calibrate and recognize the label size even though I tell it to print as 4x6
@@fullygimmicked8707 Did you figure it out? I am having the same issue.
Hello, if I don't use my printer very often, should I have it on or can I keep it off and turn it on only when I need it? Thank you
