Eric! Thanks to your videos, that's the same printer I have and I LOVE it! I have saved so much money not having to buy those expensive ass Avery 1/2 sheet shipping labels. Thanks again

you can configure the printer's driver printing preferences to pause the printer after each print. When using the peeler, it's handy so you can print multiple labels and resume the printer after you applied the label one by one.
It's also handy if you only print one static label you can set the print quantity to unlimited and use the pause button to print labels on demand directly on the printer.
Top tip: Use the newest zebra printer drivers they come with many interesting and useful settings!

Was trying to figure out how to pull that lip out without breaking it, thank you.

You can also go into the driver and tell it in the printer properties that you're using the peeler. Then it will use that sensor if you print more than one label it will sense when you take one label off and then print the next one after that instead of them going everywhere

Will have to play with that, I'm guessing windows only for that. Not mobile or Mac.

@@thecollegepicker Googling "Enabling CUPS Printer Interface for Mac" will let you access option to set the parameter "Print mode" to "peel off" instead of "tear off". It's the fourth configuration line when printing a test label by holding the button until the green light flashes once. But that only toggles the machine so it spits one page at a time so you have time to stick it. A lot of refurbished ZP450, which was a custom model for UPS, do not come with a peeler bar, that's also needed.

What would you say is the best printer you’ve worked with (iPhone compatible)

Hey great trick, I have a ZP450 and just discovered this, but the peeling fails almost every time, 80% of the time it just catches one corner. I suspect I might be using the wrong type of roll. Can I ask what brand of label paper you're using?

Be very careful as sometimes the sticky label sometimes gets stuck and rolls up on the roller.

Can you please share details of your label (brand/productcode)
We have been trying to use a peeler on our printer, but after peeling-off, the label falls downwards and tries to stick back onto the backing-paper (thats coming out from the bottom).
Whereas, in your video, the label is staying parallel to the tabletop. This makes a very small, but key difference.
I would like to buy the same label as yours and try.
