still much prefer my Zebra as it's one unit all labels are concealed inside the machine so a lot less mess and I only use 1 type of label so no messing around swapping them out 😊👍
Had one for a few months now to replace an old zebra. It doesn’t cope well with rolls of labels (consistent jamming and needs cleaning a lot). Really struggles with Amazon sku labels. If being used with the fan fold labels it’s grand, but ups give me rolls for free. So planning on going back to a zebra when funds allow.
Yeah should be able to easily, I haven't sold anything on any other platform yet since using it to find out but couldn't see why not as long as the printing format is set to 6x4 labels which they normally are now on selling sites/apps :)
Love our Zebra, never had an issue with it, but I can see the appeal of these in terms of price etc. However what I wouldn't be comfortable with the fact that its app based, and all of the data scraping/selling that usually comes with Chinese tech products - especially with sensitive info such as names and addreses etc.
I like my Munbyn, but I had an issue with the crispness of the print for Evri labels from Ebay (Royal Mail fine). My husband is an IT whizz so he did a fix for me but he thinks it is an Evri issue.
Interesting! I notice from comments other resellers have this as a gift or advertisement, wonder is thwt a campaign drom munbyn 😂 thermal printing definitely seems the way forward thats for sure.
Those dots on the barcode, George, you probably just need to give the roller and / or thermal head a clean, probably some dust or debris from all the years of labels going through has got caught on it.
That is so strange, I was just looking at munbyn and zebras last night and I couldn't decide so didn't bother with either yet, that munbyn could be so much better if they made it have 2 feeds so you didn't have to swap papers

202010, the thermal printing machine from the future 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm VERY sleep deprived at the moment haha!
@@RetroReselling I’ll let you off then 🤣🤣

I've had a Munbyn for a couple of years and love it - never had an issue with it.
Perfect!! 👍🏻
Looks good, but the clutter of labels behind the machine has to be a design flaw
I use a Raspberry Pi with CUPS installed to make my USB label printer wireless.
Same here. I use a Pi with a Vretti (which seems to be a Zebra copy at a fraction of the price).

Can you print directly from Depop, Vinted, EBay etc via your phone? Or do you need download labels, edit sizes etc before hand?
@@FPLaddict same question from me, that would be the advantage of the AirPrint support for me, if direct eBay print was possible

I use a pen still... May upgrade one day.
🤣🤣
Good to hear, I thought I was the last surviving pen user

You don't have to use the app for general printing, that mainly for the label/sticker design side of it 👍🏻
Jadens Printers are unbeatable in my opinion, and the best price on the market. But this looks nearly as good.
Yes George, Great video !!
Many thanks!
Had my wired Munbyn 2 years now. No issues. SO much cheaper.
Oh wow! That's good to hear, obviously quite hard to test longevity 😅
@RetroReselling True. It was a concern but I thought, for £80 was worth the risk. So far, so good.
Bloomin bargain!
There’s only one way to find out…. FIGHT!!!! 😂
Excellent review!

Perfect was just looking at printers and try to find a discount code 😊
Awesome!! I think if you use my discount code then you save about £40 off the Amazon price 👍🏻
@@RetroReselling wow i got this for a bargain thank you :)

Well you proved your WiFi works throughout house and garden.
i bought another one but back with the 420D again lol
I used the wired version love it. I read the WiFi version doesn’t work with Mac ! Any Mac users had issues ?. Any news on the 10k George ?
Awesome! We've never had a mac here otherwise I would've tested it

I would guess you could put a roll of 4x6 labels on the roller and put the printer on the stand.
Could you not use the 6x4 labels from the zebra on the roller on the new printer?
I actually tried that yesterday and it works!!
@@RetroReselling that’s me sold then cos I’ve got about 10 rolls of labels lol
I've got about 20! 🤣
Munbyn it is then, now if i can only get more than 2 sales a day it'll be worth it hahaha

How do they come up with these company names?
No idea lol
Welcome to the munbyn crew. I think i was the 1st to be offered this months back. Brilliant for vinted
Yeah seen a few people review them in the reseller world and I took some convincing!
@RetroReselling I had one already then asked. So sold my old one. Free money in the end of the day. Perks of being a youtuber
Not for me it looks cheap and then you have a pile of labels on the back
I'm really impressed personally 👍🏻
