Using A Health Planner for 2024 | B6 Stalogy Health Planner Setup | Planmas Day 8

Time to set up my B6 Stalogy for December! This next year I'm using a B6 Stalogy as a health tracker and log!
A note on planner/sticker/washi/etc. recommendations:
I am doing a no planner spend for the year 2024 in order to use what I have, get creative, and approach purchasing more intentionally. Any recommendations I make are purely items I love and would purchase again. If you feel like purchasing from any shop I link, I encourage you (if you are also participating in the #PlannerNoSpendProject) to ask yourself if this purchase is a spur of the moment decision or if you can put this on your wishlist to think about and purchase intentionally at a future date.
