Saying this with lots of love: look into fasting and it’s effects on women. It’s great for men because of their hormones being stable but it’s not super great on women most of the time ❤ I hope all your goals go well!

Fasting is great for woman. You just need to fast for our hormones. Read the book Fast Like a Girl by Mindy Pelz.

I loved the tracking of different things monthly with zig dots. I totally stole that. I just received my first hobo weeks.

Hey, thanks for watching and commenting! I track one meal. So like if I eat at home for breakfast and lunch, but get fast food for dinner. Then I track that I had fast food. I want to see the days I ate “unhealthy”. But if you make all the symbols different, you can totally overlay them! 😊
Loved this video!!! My daughter when she was a baby used to do the same thing. I used to say that she saw and talked to Angels. :) Helen runs a lot and I don't think anyone can keep up with her LOL I'm constantly mixing and matching my writing LOL I actually started writing in Hebrew the other day, but English words with Hebrew letters. I have no idea what my brain was thinking.
I’m glad my baby isn’t the only one. But I say the same thing! Angels love to talk to him, day and night 🤣♥️
I’m in the beginning stages of learning Hebrew right now! I do the same with Spanish sometimes when I talk 💀 I speak Spanglish lol. And yes Helen is definitely a mover, whew maybe someday. But that’s not gonna happen anytime this year. I’m stuck at around 6-8,000 steps on a good day.

A member of TCMC Facebook group resized them for us! I printed on regular paper and cut them out and glued them. But if you print on sticker paper it’s probably be so much easier! 😊
