    Thanks so much for sharing - I got several great ideas from it! I've been meaning to develop and track my self-care habits, including what I eat, emotional check-ins during the day, etc. You've inspired me to get started! :-)

      That's very nice of you to say. I'm glad you found it useful. On hindsight, I thought my tracking was too extra, but it's just an important thing for me and I've developed the habit of tracking everything after my diagnosis. Here's to our health! Hope you're doing well.

      I use Manage My Pain, Ate (I use this to document the food I eat), WeightFit (to document weight).
