Very bad product .. for the 30th time I am trying to connect it nothing is happening but connection timeout..
This doesn't work, I've been trying to reset it for an hour still nothing. I even tried it with stopwatch. Crapware
Same here. that lamp do nothing.. and support seem to don´t care

I had problem when remote control didn't pair but when I reseted the lamp with this trick the pairing also worked.
This does not work by using the remote control that comes with the lamp. It must be done using the power source such as the light wall switch.

This must be a joke. I bought lamp without switch and remote control, so its mean i cant reset?
It didn't work either. But I figured out how to do it: I put the lamp on and took it off from the ceiling mount 5 times. That's how I managed to reset it.
