Petri Lindroos is the perfect choice for this band. Norther was sister band to Children of Bodom imo. Both bands meant everything to me as a teenager. RIP Alexi

this whole album was written without the vocalist and drummer. So I would except that the next album will be the first proper "Full band album".

I've known of Warmen for years, but after they first started talking about Petri Lindroos (vocals, guitar) joining the band and Janne (keyboardist) made an interview in Finnish where he said, quote: "I will always be Janne from Children of Bodom. I'm ok with that, I'm happy about it and I don't need to cover up my past. It is also a good thing for warmen," I just knew this album was going to be a continuation of Bodom more than it was going to be a continuation of previous Warmen.

Some really nice thrashy chunky riffs in there and over all a good mix of aggressive and kinda melodic. I never checked out Children of Bodom for some reason but i quite liked this.

Also, check out Norther and Ensiferum, two other bands where Petri Lindroos is the vocalist. Norther has similar vibes, Ensiferum is a death/folk metal band, both equally awesome \,,/

Had a feeling you might like the familiar sound. 😊 Full album is out now! Some really nice stuff in there, but have to admit espesially the last song makes me miss Alexi even more. They always used to make these kind of "unexpected" covers 😂. There is one lyric video released from the album so far besides this

Well not something i would normally listen to, but it had it's moments. Nice guitar work in the middle, heavy drums and bass. Technically sound, precise, crisp. Loads of talent I'm sure. I'm here for it all whether i love it, or just appreciate the creative talent. ❤ and ✌️ ty Cosmic!

cool guys, very similar to children of bodom, and this is not surprising, because as I understood from Wikipedia, this group was created by one of the former members of CHoB 😁
