I remember this event and radio station parody called Stop Stop Knockin on Axl's Door.

Wrong!!! The condo was off Sunset as Axl says in the video. I know, I went to an after party there one night after the Rainbow with Axl, Shannon Hoon, a roommate of mine and her smoking hot friend who hooked up with Axl.
I thought his condo was in 8787 Shoreham Dr. if you look at google earth the pool is the same pool in the Evict axl rose commercial. Also it’s right above sunset right behind Tower records. Finally, I found a report about his fight with his neighbor and they listed the address

I am so glad that they guys made it thru the fire in the early days, and now they all seem sober and at the top of there game. And I would like to see Richard Fortus get more credit because he is one heck of a Rythem and Lead Guitarist. I also hope they are going to make another album. It would be nice to get one more album out, even if it takes a year or two. I have a feeling they will. Thanks for the post. Favorite song is Estranged. God Speed G'N'R. Rowe 👍

@@thecloudyguy4207 I just think that Fortus deserves more credit. Probably more money too. Both of them play very well off each other. But if Slash was to leave the band, then Axl wouldn't have to look to far for a replacement. I have mutual respect for both of them. They have a good thing going, and I hope they will come out with one more album. And what is more important is they aren't on drugs and playing better than ever. Think about this. What would happen to Richard if Izzy came back? Never say Never ya know. I just enjoy the band clean and sober. All of them are world class musicians. Take care, Rowe.

@@thecloudyguy4207 I believe that! Richard seems like he's laid back and does his job, and does it well. Lets just hope they can kick out 1 or 2 more albums. How cool would that be. They keep things pretty quiet in there camp so you never know what's coming down the pipe.

Tower 50 is the only tower in Park La Brea that you own. The interior is slightly different than the others. The place is solid as a rock. Built back in the day for the military. You can stomp as hard as you want and your neighbors below won't hear shit.
Looks like it's in Park La Brea, where I used to live. It's nice, but also one of the most un-rock n roll places ever. Had no idea Axl once had a place there.

Hey Sid, Do you know any previous Rock N Roll band members that may have ended up in the Real Estate profession, selling houses etc. Reason I ask because it is always interesting to hear if musicians leave their STAR Rockstyle and move on outside of music.
