Part of the steam that comes out of there, send it to the burner nozzle, and the temperature will rise even more and the productivity will also be higher and the consumption of diesel fuel will be less.
How much would that change with a 50ft hose and a wand at the end? I'm thinking of modifying a Ridgid battery operated propane heater by adding a coil inside in order to tackle ice dams here in Minnesota. Arctic Steamer makes some bad ass machines, but they're gigantic and cost about 6K. If it worked, mine would end up being a miniature version.
Interesting study of heat exchange. It might be worthwhile to consider enclosing your burn coil in a chamber to improve efficiency and building a similar coil to attach to its output to heat air or water.
Lol, cool stuff. Bet your neighbors just love you...
What kind of pressure do you have at the exit of this ?
Can you show us how you made this device?

@@NOBOX7 So it wouldn't work with the boiler on the ground then?
I want to see this run at 0 degrees F! That would be awesome to see how much steam/condensation it makes!
you aint lying , it would look like a space shuttle take off . we are boiling about 1 lpm , steam temp max so far 279 deg
Прямой паровой котёл👍

Why can't you give a step by step tutorial? You behave as if everyone understand what and what you put together and how you did it.
