We love smashing stuff. I keep hearing Johnny Five from Short Circuit yelling, "NO DISASSMBLE!", LOL. We had a dumpster for our son to dismantle our entire original 8x20 chicken coop just about a week ago. Very satisfying to tear it down even if you built it with your own hands.
This is one of the few things on this channel I've actually done. My mentor bought some land that had a small run down home on the property. So we spent 2 weeks gutting everything out of it (I'm very familiar with those large dumpsters haha). But we completely remodeled it and modernized it (new windows, new baseboards, new door frames, electrical wiring, new insulation, etc, etc). It was crazy! But the finished products was spectacularly modern. Took us the whole summer, outside of running our own separate businesses lol.
Im in the process of building my home after living in one of those old trailers for the past couple decades. I cant wait for an actual insulated home that is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Trailer living sufficed until I saved up enough to build my dream home but I never want to do it again. EVER!
Boy Jeremy you and Lloyd have a big job ahead of you ! Lloyd looks like he is having a fun time!! hehe men and there toys!!! Jeremy perfect music for this job!! Good job guys.
Aluminum siding should be worth some money. I'm saving it from the trailer home that I'm disassembling but really the panels are useful for siding up a shed if you want to do it on the ugly cheap side.
You weren't kidding about the Tractor Porn! I had a whole playlist of music going through my head while watching this vidya! Pantera - Domination Pantera - I'm Broken Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction Iron Maiden - Run to the Hills Black Label Society - Lords of Destruction Black Label Society - Destruction Overdrive As I Lay Dying - Within Destruction Earl Scruggs And Friends - Foggy Mountain Breakdown The End - The Doors Within Temptation - The Purge
WOW! Now I know why people living in mobile homes run for cover elsewhere when a storm is coming. That's scary. YAY for neighbors helping neighbors!! But, COME ON MAN! Did you have to show the spider???? Holy YIKES!!
Around here dump truck owner like to buy sections of those old trailer frames for side boards on the gravel boxes. It takes a lot more abuse than the wooden sideboards do. As for the demolition, where the heck is a tornado when you need one?
That was fun. There is one thing I enjoy watching more than people building their homes. And that is watching them smash condemned old ones. The only thing i would have enjoyed more would be if you had dragged it to a cliff & pushed it off.
I wonder if one of those industrial type 12" carbide metal cutting blades on a circular saw could have helped cut it into nice stackable chunks vs broken mess which is harder to stack.
Awwww. I was kinda hoping you were moving into your house and smashing that old home! lol. I honestly would probably try to repurpose it into a chicken coop, but, yeah...some of them won't even work for that.
Second the idea of using a Sawzall to cut walls into manageable sections. Would have been neater and then haul them and stack them in the container. Not as fun though.
Seems like maybe the aluminum would've been worth salvaging for the payoff in scrap? Then again, I guess it might not have been worth the effort & work it would've taken to separate it from the framing though.
I kept wondering when you were going to just grab the trailer tongue and pull it forward. Collapsing all hose columns in the forward direction. Also thinking it would probably do you good, to do that to the other trailer. Pull it forward and into a space where it will be easier to disassemble. Not just take down some trees to reach it.
My friend destroys these things once a week , uses an excavator smashes them into pcs then loads the roll offs . The frames wouldn't have enough support for span a Creek
In our part of Appalachia they will drag the old mobile home over the creek and set fire to it….then they have a bridge base. Not recommended if you like a clean environment!
This was a Big Boy Toy Play Date! It's also proof that we will watch Jeremy (and Jamie) do anything! LOL
It's so awesome to see neighbors helping neighbors!!
Big Boys with Big Toys! Gotta love it! The giggling was reminiscent of every time the Mythbuster's crew blew something up...lol.
😆😆when I first saw it I thought it was your mobile home 🤦♀️...
Have a good evening 🌻🌻🌻

Man this was soooooo much fun to watch I love smack bam pow tearing down stuff I could sit and watch all day

Lots of Construction videos...now for some DESTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There's got to be some great satisfaction with tearing stuff up! I know I have some unvented emotions I'd like to work out lol.
Good choice of music.
Boy Jeremy you and Lloyd have a big job ahead of you ! Lloyd looks like he is having a fun time!! hehe men and there toys!!! Jeremy perfect music for this job!! Good job guys.
I never knew how thin mobile homes walls were. Great video
You boy’s were having way too much fun on this project!
That looked like so much fun!
Aluminum siding should be worth some money. I'm saving it from the trailer home that I'm disassembling but really the panels are useful for siding up a shed if you want to do it on the ugly cheap side.
Good work, guys! Thanks for another great video!
Yay! So happy for you, it’s about time I’d say!
You should talk to your buddy about filming his property development.
Aloha! Nice to see people helping people! Aloha!
those windows would have been great to use in a green house
IKR? At least a little cold frame!
That was amazing. What a lot of work to get rid of junk. I'm sure your new neighbor will appreciate it.
Breaking Stuff = Stress Relief.
This was so much fun!

Pantera - Domination
Pantera - I'm Broken
Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction
Iron Maiden - Run to the Hills
Black Label Society - Lords of Destruction
Black Label Society - Destruction Overdrive
As I Lay Dying - Within Destruction
Earl Scruggs And Friends - Foggy Mountain Breakdown
The End - The Doors
Within Temptation - The Purge
Great progress!

Frames as bridges over creeks... holy cow! That's brilliant! I may use that idea here.
ATV’s only. 😉
I could work with that!
Tractor 1 Mobile Home 0!! Keep the vids coming!!
One Man working and one Man blowing hot air .
They were both working.
19:20-ish excellent music. Great job, seems like those stairs were more solid than that trailer! Only thing remotely stable was the flooring.
Beautifying the land. Good job!
Jeremy needs to get himself a Big Boy Toy, so he can turn in that broom/rake for real Fun.
Yes, save the frames! They have a number of uses!
I've seen the bottom frame or base used successfully as a base for a small bridge for a creek, etc.
Also liked the music and am sooooo excited for tearing down the other one ps I live in a mobile home lol
Sawzall the roof and walls to floor and push sections over. Just an idea
I would have bring my teen boys with breakers bars and grinders, they'd hardly need more than drinks an bbq!
Guys having fun with tractors and destroying things. LOL.
You seem to be enjoying this Jeremy hehe
Around here dump truck owner like to buy sections of those old trailer frames for side boards on the gravel boxes. It takes a lot more abuse than the wooden sideboards do.
As for the demolition, where the heck is a tornado when you need one?
Great content! Appreciate you guys!
You could use Windows to make a greenhouse.
Such a fun video!!! 😁
That was fun!!!!!
3 boys and their Tonka trucks. Good job
Sweet!
That was fun. There is one thing I enjoy watching more than people building their homes. And that is watching them smash condemned old ones. The only thing i would have enjoyed more would be if you had dragged it to a cliff & pushed it off.
Boys and their toys lol nice job
Not complaining but just wondering why you guys all carry? Is it for bears or something?
I wonder if one of those industrial type 12" carbide metal cutting blades on a circular saw could have helped cut it into nice stackable chunks vs broken mess which is harder to stack.

Exactly!
Good luck ⭐👍💐
Demolition party 🥳
Well that is cool
I know its too late, but would a chain saw have been good to cut sections down?
Skid steer or excavator with grapple bucket works!
It was on another job but will probably be here for the second trailer.
thats right, the old ones are not made of much. the modern ones are at least 2x4 and 2x6
Highly educational! So if I ever end up in a trailer as temp accommodation in US, I'd avoid summer/winter months if possible, or add insulation...
Correct
boys and their toys!
18:58 "Backhoe go BOINK!"
Great video thanks
nothing better than tearing stuff up!
You didn't hear me screaming ,,, " build a dirt ramp into that container " ????
My Trailer had a roof line like that, LOL i'm renovating and changed the roof line
Awwwe. I thot it was your old trailer!
🏡 Sell Aluminum & Salvage The Metal.
not worth the time and effort to separate
🌿@@AppalachianLife
So Sad. When many could work for that money.
Most dumps will do the separation.
Second the idea of using a Sawzall to cut walls into manageable sections. Would have been neater and then haul them and stack them in the container. Not as fun though.
No fun. Smashing it with any piece of machinery you can get you hands on is the best.
Seems like maybe the aluminum would've been worth salvaging for the payoff in scrap? Then again, I guess it might not have been worth the effort & work it would've taken to separate it from the framing though.
No there wasn't very much actual aluminum
There really is something truly satisfying about watching a eyesore be destroyed.
Save old windows to use for a greenhouse.
I thought you were taking down your mobile home!
I thought the same thing
This is practice for when we are ready to do ours. 😉
That was probably somebody's castle at one point
Would have made a nice big chicken coop
Some dumpster companies will not pick it up if the material is higher than the sidewalls on the dumpster. Did you have any problems like that?
No we smashed it all down with the backhoe
Save the frames if you can, though, they will not be heavy enough for a bridge.
They are definitely heavy enough for an ATV bridge.
Been there for 20 years
Been elsewhere since flat head screws
I can only imagine the itching from that insulation
5 gallons of gas and match.
EXACTLY
This was a Job for Andrew Camarata!
Is asbestos anywhere in these old trailers
Didn’t find any
My friend destroys these things once a week , uses an excavator smashes them into pcs then loads the roll offs . The frames wouldn't have enough support for span a Creek
Mobile Homes
have flammable insulation…
Before about ‘73
and the wood paneling, that burns fast and hot. later ones with drywall are obviously safer.
Sawzall
No disassemble Johnny 5
Wow! You could have sold them. I am actually looking for a well used mobile.
would have been easy enough to run a sawz all around the building but not nearly as much fun
Exactly
There was insulation in there but rodents pull it all down and make nest out of it
In our part of Appalachia they will drag the old mobile home over the creek and set fire to it….then they have a bridge base. Not recommended if you like a clean environment!
Yeah that’s probably bad lol
F Troop song :D
500 screws per window 🤦♂️,
Sounds like someone like screwing around 🤔
Seems they should've cut down the small trees for better access.
👍😃✌️🇺🇸
😯👍👍👍👌
I had a 16 x 80 but in a whole lot better shape.
🖐🖐🖐
Tippys tribby
so much material wasted for a temporary solution.
Did you own the mobile home? I ask because it's a vehicle and not part of the property. The owner could possibly sue you for destroying their vehicle.
Scrap metal
