- We cleared the 2ish acres, now it's time to demolish the buildings! Zach and Brandon come back with different equipment better suited for tearing down the house, chicken coop and carrying off the barn's remainders. We had never experienced something like this in person, it was extremely exciting!
We were blessed with perfect weather, considering the time of year, but we got it done! There was way too much footage to get it all into one video, so we split it into two. Watch them tear through everything with ease and break-in their new machine as we finally turn this piece of property into the raw land we truly desired. We're extremely excited to have this done so we can surge forward with our plans for the land. Enjoy!

I am convinced that this demolition was the only choice. Any renovation attempt was futile, a huge cost, to give a barely fit for habitation place. A total waste of time and effort. It would have left a building of dubious condition.
The barn wood is rotten & probably full of insects. The house is full of dangerous mold spores. Neither building is safe to reuse to build anything.
I'm so glad you two didn't waste money trying to fix that house the wood was in such bad shape. And nice job on finding such good people with the skill to do a great job.
You might have offered the house to a local volunteer fire department to burn the house for training. Overall, you folks are doing great with the land. Best to ya!
The way they demolished the house shows how old it is. It looked like brittle wood siding with how easy it came down. They barely touched it & it collapsed.
Can you guys make like a root cellar? While you’ve got the heavy machinery there? Just somewhere when and if you need to shelter in place due to storm, tornado etc…you’d have it! Can you tell I’m a grandma and want some protection for your family! It would be simple to do a basic safe place now!

A beautiful clean slate. Renovating that house would of been futile with the amount of damage. You're now on the way to a beautiful homestead.
Cool nothing like demoing old homes that are run down.

Great job of flattening those buildings, but I would have saved the windows and exterior doors. Would have been a great start on a small greenhouse.

I wonder if your squatters tore that ceiling down because they thought you were going to renovate it looks like it was torn down instead of a just falling down now you can start new at your pleasure! These demolition. Guys are absolutely the best. They are pros now you're great! Adventure starts May God bless you
