- Thanks for watching as I discuss the various Sportster Hardtail Kits out there. I had a few to choose from and ultimately made my choice using some basic criteria and research. I am by no means a professional or expert and haven’t done something like this before, so I am going with a kit that has a ton of information and instruction and plenty of how-to videos out there; I hope this is helpful in case you’re interested in doing something similar.

I built my chopper with the Throttle Addiction kit. Easy for the do it yourselfer. They are very helpful with any questions you have and my bike turned out just as I envisioned it.

I love the bolt on hardtail on my Triumph TR6 it rides like on Rails and with the solo seat Springs it's more comfortable Dan my 883 Sportster. Of course with a bolt-on I can always go back to stock if I want you

Chop it for real is more than buy part & putting them on !
Divorce the motor from transmission built a frame use a big twin 4,5 , or 6 speed transmission,
put a Shovelhead or Panhead top end on it

Oooof that is rough, but also, nothing wrong with the TC Bros options. Are there other Swedish /European based companies that make chopper/build parts?
@@nooowayyjose yea so imma go with the hardtail from tc bros as well. Nah or maybe some small companies with overprizes.. the chopper cult aint big here 😅
My choice will be throttle addiction the axle nuts like you're saying that has a problem that's an easy fix my thing is worth a thousand five hundred bucks you get everything including the tabs welded on I did the math if you were to get all that put together it cost about the same if you do it yourself and put it all together yourself that's more welding with a Kit everything comes on already done you're going to spend more buying an individual parts and spending the time on welding the tabs that you need for the oil tank and the rest of the parts
