I have been working at a desk job since I was 20 years old and I am now 30 (almost 31!) - I also look down at my phone way too much (after all, I was a teenage girl when texting became popular) and have a horrible sleeping position that I've tried to make better in recent years with limited success, mind you. Doing these neck stretches every morning and every night seriously changes my quality of life! Doctor Jo is the best :)

I've had constant pain in my neck, back, running down my thigh and tingling in my feet. My doctor wanted to prescribe nerve medication but since I'm against medication and use it as a last resort, I refused. So she suggested that I do stretching exercises. I watch this video and the sciatic nerve video and I've been stretching with them for about 3 weeks, 4 times a week and all my pain is gone. Thank you for sharing.

I had resistance band workout the other day and been left with a neck that doesn’t want to work and the muscles surrounding are tight from protecting it. The cervical extension and the chin tuck give me a stabbing pain on the right side of my back beside my scapula. I also am getting some tingling down my right arm and into my middle finger. These have helped but bit concerned about this knife like pain in my back going into the holidays.
Well done on your 1million subscribers. Your down to earth persona and altruism has helped so many people. I always send friends, clients families your way when they have any physical issues. Whether they check you out our not is entirely up to them though, their loss of not😃. Have a fantastic holiday.

About 10 yrs ago i stupidly did an intense chest workout after never really lifting weights. 2 days later at peak soreness i went on a trip and was using a large backback as luggage. 1st night at destination i woke up in the middle of the night with a blinding headache. Managed to get back to sleep and in the morning it began my descent into an anxiety filled decade. Neck pain, headaches, anxiety. All the things mentioned. Ive tried to stretch each side of my chest independently amd following it always seemed to trigger panic response almost immediately. I suffer from tinnitus and constantly feeling like the muscles on the side of my neck are stretched/stressed to the limits and i have done the side stretches the last couple of years with a band aid effect with no real long term help. This quarantine has been a nightmare. THE CORNER CHEST STRETCH just made me feel almost like my old self almost instantly. Thank you. That will be done every morning. Ill try to check back in. Thanks again for the hope :)))

Hi I'm looking at this video now because I got in a car accident, I was born without a soft spot on my head and have a protruding wire I believe in my neck on my left side and went to a chiropractor for an adjustment and I regret it have been having a lot of tension trying to fully rotate my head to the left. I've been severely stressed loosing my dad and job and injury my right elbow and wrists trying to continue to work through it. Ended up with a tiny focal fissure at my extensor origin and mild tendonitis from the MRI report. Trying to compensate with my left arm I believe I've developed it in my other elbow as well, it's gotten up behind my elbow on the inner part of the arm in both arms and I'm so unsure of what to try. I don't wake up in pain just through the day I get pain. Please let me know of anything useful with your knowledge ❤️
