    I haven't got to go tug on a giant in over a year due to work schedule and kids schooling..
    I definitely miss my jig in grass thump and jerkbait ripping 😢.
    (An underrated tool is yoyo'ing /ripping a trap in the ditches right now)

    The spoon bite hasn't really come back in my lake, but thanks to you and several others it's my favorite bite!

    Awesome! We were catching 2lbers smacking 3 inch baitfish in 20ft creek channels. Tried traps and deep diving crankbaits but no go. They would only hit drop shots and small Keitech. Couldn’t find bigger fish. Water temps were high 60’s. Most of our baitfish are small right now. Did see and caught 1 small bluegill in a channel and a trout. Thinking maybe the bigger fish are eating those…gonna give some bigger baits a try. Thanks Johnny!

      The bigger ones may be eating trout. I have trout in one of my lakes and usually get my biggest bites on a 6”-8” trout colored swimbaits.

    Great video illustrating how to integrate 2D sonar with Livescope to target fish, both suspended and on the bottom. One question: did you initially recognize the fish below the baitball as bass just based on their position? They didn't have the traditional arch shape and looked more like bait, but grouped under the main baitball. Would appreciate your insight there.

    • @FishtheMoment
      @FishtheMoment  11 месяцев назад +2

      My 2D settings are a little bit different, so smaller bass won’t have the normal arch shape. There was 1 arch in particular under the bait that stood out and had both the correct shape and color that let me known there were big bass in the area.
      I set up my graphs to help me identify bigger fish and filter out smaller fish, even though the images don’t look as good overall.

    • @FishtheMoment
      @FishtheMoment  11 месяцев назад +3

      I did show the fish on 2D sonar and explained what I was look at on the screen. The image in the thumbnail is the same graph shot I showed in the video. Clickbait is when the content of the thumbnail has nothing to do with what is shown in the video.
