Love it when you show your map, down imaging, and side imaging on the screen at the same time
This was THE JOOSE. The first half was incredible. Very informative to see the GPS map as well as 2d and side while ur idiling.
I've watched well over an hour of fishing videos every day for a couple years now and this is by far the best I've ever seen for integrating all electronins in search of bass. Please keep them coming...
I miss all your great videos using electronics. Hope you are doing well and life is being good to you.👍👍
Have all the views and I still absolutely love idling and using 2D, although I’ve also been staring at 2D since the early 80’s but the youngsters are truly missing out on not knowing 2D!
Probably the best fishing channel on YT, but I have no idea why FTM doesn’t upload more? This channel would be huge if only there were more videos and videos on a consistent schedule. Excellent content Jonny
Quality over quantity! Lol
@@scottmccrary9602
The quality on FTM is top notch for sure
Johnny has said in interviews it takes him 30-40 hours to make one of these vids. That, all the work he puts in the Deep Dive app, etc. That all adds up. Not enough hours in the week to produce as much content as we all want. He does an amazing job with it. Watching him from about 10K subs until now has been an awesome process. He did a show on BTL and broke down everything he does. Honestly after listening to it, I'm surprised he has the time to upload the stuff he does. Dudes a busy man.
Johnny is also behind the bass fishing declassified channel.. so he’s ridiculously busy
Ordered the hover rig from Core, can’t wait to see you apply that with this technique.
Insane video, what a great job of clear verbal description of what he’s thinking/doing and great electronic visual ques.
These are the types of videos that showcases your talent. Great job of using graphics to show the whole process. Eliminating water and finding the is why watched. Well deserved Thumbs Up!
Another awesome video Johnny. I really like how you show your graphs and explain what’s going on. Keep ‘em coming I’ll be watching and learning!!!
Another great day-in-the-boat video with you Jonny. Love these on the water videos.
Wow !! Great video! I want to come back to Beaver, and do a live on the water instruction, with you!
Absolute quality as always Jonny. I’m not a livescoper but don’t mind at all that you use it in your videos and REALLY appreciate you taking the time to explain the steps of how to accomplish the goal without it. Been with you 3 years now and it just keeps getting better, thanks for your efforts!
Ever so grateful I hooked up with this channel a couple years ago. Thanks Johnny.
Such a great video. More of this content please.
This has been the best channel for years now , this young man here has studied these bass an about knows what they are doing all the time smart fellow he is.
YOU ARE THE MAN!! dang...God sure did bless you with some skills!!
Really miss the catch 15.. especially your strategy before going to the lake.. your videos are my favorite on RUclips..
Johnny, Your new video format has elevated your videos to the next level.
Awesome in-depth review on how to find fish in early spring!!!
i would love to see just every day fishing videos of you describing the conditions and just breaking things down and catching them.
More vids like this please…very very informative
Awesome day out there, brother!!!! Keep doing what you're doing, and continue to be blessed!!! Looking forward to what 2023 has in store for us
I've learned tons of information watching your approach to a new area, graphing, bait techniques, and more. Come north some time. I know many who would love to see you attach our bodies of water. Knowledge is everything, no matter what the topic.
Johnny, you do an Amazing Job on these videos!! Thank You!
I Really enjoy your videos and I always learn the most from you
Great video Johnny as always!
Awesome video!! Electronics explained in depth with great pics. Keep them coming!!
I’m ready to see you do this with the new core tackle hover shot hook!
Video coming next week!
@@FishtheMoment nice!!
Waiting on my order.
Great stuff, this is what I needed. I don't really understand what I have been seeing. Thanks for clearing things up.
Great content as always!
I like it when you show the live scope, it helps to reinforce what you’re trying to put across. I can see what it looks like on 2D. Im with Randy on most points. I don’t think it has a place is tournament fishing.
Excellent video, thanks.
Johnny thanks for another great video.
I have been catching them on a dimike rig hear in Oklahoma on Lake Eufaula
Good stuff!! Best videos on the tube. Thanks for sharing!
Very good information and tips on your video thanks and good fishing 🎣
I think a forward camera instead of a selfie cam would be beneficial so we can get an idea of how close you're coming into shore.
Like this format a lot.
Great Vid! These are pure gold.
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing an the awesome information
Great video!
I've seen tons of video from the mid atlantic and southern lakes. Anything further north such as Maine Sebego lake, Penobscot River & multiple lakes with largemouth, smallmouth along with most of Maine's favorite, trout), Vermont, Connecticut (Candlewood lake, some by Paul Mueller), and others. Just in the small amount of time I get out there are excellent spots but wondered if you have any experience in these areas?
Amazing video
Hey Johnnie, enjoy your vedios, purchased your app and appreciate your expertise and desire to teach. One suggestion, get the fish back into the water quicker. No need to handle them while talking to camera. Just weigh if you want, then release. You can talk/explain afterwards. I would not mention this, but it happens alot across a wide span of your vedios. Thanks
Will do. Thanks for letting me know!
Would you recommend purchasing a 2nd lakemaster chip for the bow, even though my humminbirds are linked? The basemap is lacking detail and I'm about to wear a trail in my carpet running from bow to console.
Love the tips like to see more with out live scope
Working on some ideas for that.
Does this system work primarily in the winter when it is pre-spawn or can finding fish this way be effective post spawn and in all seasons?
People forget how great the 2D is. It was the original livescope. Vertical jig those dudes.
For sure. I have a 40min video on the channel on how to vertical jig with 2D sonar. Still works great.
On the green sonar is it showing what is right under the boat?
What fishfinder is that? That way I know to stay far away from that brand :( Just picked up the UHD2 9", hope to test it out soon, I'm just over the missouri border
Which units are you using on your boat, for down and side imaging, and Live Scope?
I have them linked in the description.
Where are his personal settings for garmin? i cant seem to find it on his site
Another great vid, hope you bring your podcasts back soon so I don’t have to listen to Rogan everyday
New livesteam tonight at 6pm CST! I'll also be posting it to the Podcast feeds
Great video man. Idk how you differentiate between the bass and your lure when they're that close and mixed in with all that bait. I feel like I wouldn't be able to see it.
its not always easy. I like the blue color palette in the video because it makes it easier to see your bait when there are shad everywhere on the screen. I usually use an Amber palette when there's less shad and more cover like rocks and wood
@@FishtheMoment that's good to know. At first I thought that you were going to say there were too many shad and you'd have better odds with a smaller school but you pulled them out of there!
I have a video coming out soon where there were too many Shad and I had to move creeks. This one wasn’t too bad, but the other Creek was wall to wall Shad for 200 yards. That’s when it gets to be too much.
👍
Are you using one or two graphs at the console?
Just one 9" Lowrance HDS Live
Do you ever use a aqua view?
I’ve never used one, but I’ve thought about it several times.
👍👍👍👍👍
Are there any other reliable vendors that sell this style of Megabass Hazedong? Johnny's vendor is out of stock.
bait-wrx.com/products/megabass-hazedong-swimbaits?variant=42753283490017
@@FishtheMoment Thanks.
Sounds like instead of 2d sonar I need to get the live scope going
Do you like the HDS 9 better than the birds?
They’re both great. I would probably still run humminbird if I could screen mirror the fish finder screen. You can only do that on Lowrance and Garmin units right now, so that’s what I need to run to record these videos.
@@FishtheMoment I gotcha that makes sense! I’ve always ran hummingbirds I was just curious!! Thanks for replying.
Your videos are the best out there!
Great video, but seems like a video game....
they definitely don’t make it easy to see fish on these sonar units. The fish on the bottom are almost impossible to see
We don't care if it's more time consuming the guys that don't have livescope can relate. The guys who have livescope are doing fine wout these videos imo...
Dude clear up the live scope so we can see what is what or at least point things out
I did point out the bass, my lure, and shad with callouts. The yellow fuzz you see on the screen is all shad. There were schools of shad everywhere, making it hard to see the bait and fish at times. I missed the last fish catch because I cut off the screen at 60ft, but you can see the bass on the other 2 catches.
There's only so much you can do the clean up the screen when there's baitfish everywhere. If I cleaned it up any more, you wouldn't be able to see the shad or my bait at all.
The screen is set up correctly. It takes some time to learn what you're looking at. Just keep watching videos. You will get it.
PUT THE FISH BACK IN THE WATER
take it easy...in the winter when the fish's metabolism is so slow they live a LOOOOONG time out of water, ive seen an hour easy...
He did Karen!
@@brandonwoodcock4374 probably a Kevin.
@@gregstabryla9945 Kevin, Chad, Karen, they all the same 🤣
Didn't really talk that much about 2D
I think you're the best when it comes to sonor,
I lost respect for you the second you started video game fishing.
Sad !
WILL YOU DO A VIDEO ON FISH REVEAL AND WHY YOU DONT USE IT?
Y does ur livescope setting so bad
👍👍👍👍👍
