    Justin have you experimented with Hank Cherry idea of heavier hook in rear of jerkbait then pop bait up so weight transfer sinks tail of bait downward? Seems like early spring deal. But anyhow your line tip for winter sounds awesome.

      I have not experimented with this yet, but I have added split rings to a bait to help it sink.
