Wow! Thank you so much for the shout out, I'm absolutely flattered ☺️ That Bahco is so rare I couldn't even find a picture on google when I was researching for my project. I was also thinking that handle shape would look pretty slick cast in a transparent red plastic and polished up nicely like the one you showed 🤔 Incredible array of vintage screwdrivers! Thanks again for the inspiration!
I couldn’t believe it carefully when I saw what you done even Scout Crafter sent me an email this morning showing me your video what a great achievement mate well done 10 out of 10 on that :-)
Ben thanks for sending us to watch Kelsey Watsons video! Unbelievable talent that man has! I like the small screw driver with the wooden scales you showed. 👍🇺🇸 Roger
All great screwdrivers. You need a Crescent K24 and K26 screwdrivers. Also a few Stanley Hurwoods with the metal shaft and cap on the handle to round out the collection.
Great collection Ben; that ratcheting screwdriver is lovely, but they are all unusual and would make great additions to anyone's collection. Thanks for sharing, all the best
Ben I'm sorry I have to be the wet blanket about that red tractor screwdriver, but Brown & Sharpe were in Providence, RI. B & S , Hartford CT was Billings & Spencer. See Alloy Artifacts. No harm done - it's still a great striking screwdriver for heavy use. Regards from Australia
That’s exactly what I thought billings in Spencer but when I googled it the same screwdriver was described as brown and sharp so I took Google image for granted if you have the patent or something I would be very interested kind regards Bang PS thanks for the great info
@@tooladdict7463 Ben If it's marked with a " B " inside a triangle and / or No 21, it's a Billings & Spencer. Alloy Artifacts dates it about 1915 - 1926. Nice addition to your collection. Cheers.
My favorite one is the Bacho with the aluminum handle. Have you gotten any Frearson AKA Reed and Prince drivers ? Or any Clutch head screwdrivers. Clutch head screws were common on General Motors cars and trucks from the mid 1930's to about the early 1960's and far as I know were never used on anything else. Sometime later they came out with a modern version of the Clutch Head screw and screwdriver. I have several of the drivers, but have never seen a modern Clutch Head screw. One could spend a lifetime just collecting different types of screwdrivers and they keep coming out with more types.
Oh! I have one of those Aluhandled ones from my grandad's old stash...! Although he ground it down and turned it into an awl...! Had no idea it was that rare...!

Great collection Ben; that ratcheting screwdriver is lovely, but they are all unusual and would make great additions to anyone's collection. Thanks for sharing, all the best

Wood handles are my choice . The feel is just great.

@@tooladdict7463 I'm no expert Ben but I'm pretty sure that aint an acetate handle!

😀👍
I think that's actually Billings & Spencer, not Brown & sharp.
I too like the HD Smith with the wing nut, however if you ever used that driving screws in you were really screwing the next guy.
🤣👍Thanks Pat
