That's cool you describe it in metric. Are you from Canada?

Enjoyed the project, Carl - thanks! I don’t think I’ve seen the foot operated switch on your table saw before, could you explain how you made it sometime?

William Conner - The knee operated, push bar switch is handy when you want to hold both pieces after a completed cut while the saw spins to a stop. I've had several requests for info on it - I will do a video on the this and other tweaks to my table saw including retracting casters, drawer, sealed cabinet for dust removal, outfeed work support rollers, router table, 90 and 45 degree saw sleds and blade guard.

When you spalt the birch, is the birch green when you put it in the bags? Just leave the birch in the bag and not switch out bags, just in the same bag for 6 months or so?
A great project, beautiful work, enjoy your videos
    Thanks

drail80s Yes the Birch was green when bagged; actually, I wrapped it with Kitchen plastic wrap and left for about six months. Thanks for question and comment. sorry for delay in reply. //Carl
