Hypothetically, what if you scrolled back up and redesigned the like button? (I think blue would look pretty good) > Website Assets to follow along: bit.ly/3r7BpwH > Use this link to support the channel: meticsmedia.com/webflow
Thanks for this wonderful tutorial. Please, how do I get my narv bar to stay horizontal above the section just like in your video tutorial as I keep having mine stick to the side. I would really appreciate your response on this.
Hello. Do you have plans of making a New Webflow Tutorial, similar to this one? I've tried to follow all this steps, but got stuck at Gallery introduction, because Webflow changed the Galleries Layouts...
This is GENUINELY THE BEST WEBFLOW TUTORIAL! Thank you immensely for explaining each aspect so easily, and quickly. It simplified everything for me. I've looked at 8 other tutorials, and I was still 95% lost after watching hours of other tutorials (one tutorial was over 3 hours long). I learned everything I was looking for in your tutorial, and I'm at ease now, and I appreciate your gift for explaining and demonstrating things so perfectly.
Thank you so much for this. I started a new job and their website is BROKEN AF and they wanted me to pick a template and start over. Nearly pulled my hair out, but playing this in the background helped me figure out my issues as I came upon them. The note about the different editing screens (desktop vs mobile) HELPED SO MUCH.
Appreciated this video VERY much as I've been discerning moving from WordPress to Webflow. Walked through your tutorial while "rebuilding" my website's front page in Webflow and by the end of your tutorial I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger and signed up for Webflow for a year. I've been on WordPress sites for 15+ years so this has been a tough discernment to make the jump. So thanks for the work you put into this tutorial.
How have you been liking Webflow after the switch? I'm trying to decide between Wordpress (with Elementor) and Webflow and can't seem to make a decision.
This was, hands down, maybe the best tutorial I have ever watched. So so informative and so easy to understand and follow along, somehow you have condensed hours of learning material into a simple video. Definitely not an easy job, thank you so so much!!
I want to thank you for creating such a clear and straight-to-the-point tutorial. It gave me the knowledge that I needed and made it easy to understand the important basics of Webflow. Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to make such a valuable video.
This video was so helpful! I understood how to create a website from scratch and hope to use all the tools to help with a template as well. I tried to watch the webflow tutorials but there weren't helpful at all. This video is makes it so easy to understand
I was always confused about classes in general in coding but from this tutorial my confusion is gone, thanks to you bro, thanks alot. and tutorial was so helpful 😍🖤
Oh finally got tutorial straight to the point , who actually like me who wasted a time watching tutorial not getting into to the point. It really help someone like who actually new in this webflow also helping me created business website for me cousin. thank you
This tutorial is very comprehesive but easy to understand to jumpstart my work on Webflow! I'll be handling a Webflow-based website as my side job so this really helped me have a grasp on how to use it!! This is immensely useful! Thank you!!
This is what I have been looking for the past 3 weeks! Thank you very much for this tutorial, I am sure it will help me get started making my webpage. Thanks a lot. Well done.
That was really informative and overall superb tutorial for web flow. I searched and scanned through few other tutorial videos and many of them were unprofessional and boring at a point... This one though was digested in one go! Thanks for your time and good luck in your channel!
After using framer, I was wondering webflow is going to be difficult. But your tutorial is just amazing, now I can sleep easily without worrying about developing my design in webflow.
I’ve been delaying making my website for far too long, but decided to take the plunge and chose Webflow as it offered so much variety. Your video has really helped me to understand the fundamentals needed, and given me the confidence to build my website from scratch. Thanks, instant sub! :)
Tbis tutorial was so very good! With Webflows' recent release with new capabilities, it would be helpful if you did an updated video. This was really good to get me started. 👍🏾
Thanks for the video very clear and it helped me a lot, a small observation is the small screen where you appear talking sometimes blocks what your mouse is doing and I couldn't see where you were clicking, apart from that great work :)
Excellent tutorials, straight to the point with pretty much everything covered But I wished webflow as part of their free plan, we can copy the design codes
your teaching style is soo good. Learning webflow was a pain for me but the way you explained I got more interest in learning webflow. Thank you for the video Indeed you're a great teacher.
Thank you, ever so much, for this tutorial. I'm just jumping into Webflow, after a few years with Wix. This video is a much more efficient teaching tool than what i've been seeing on Webflow academy. One FYI, though, about grammar/language-your English is quite good, but i keep hearing a phrase that i imagine you'd want to correct. "How it looks like" is a bit awkward/improper. It would be either "what it looks like" or "how it looks." You're quite meticulous and impressive in your language and instruction in every other way, so i thought you'd be interested in this tiny correction. Oddly, it's so common with people not from the US/UK that i often wonder if it's being taught that way!
Amazing, you managed to fit it all in an hour. Really, thank you for this video. Just a tiny feedback, you kept saying padding but added margins to your sections. There is a difference between the two and mixing them up will the mess the design in the long run. Apart from that, a lovely video, I am fan ..
Your tutorials are excellent -- just the right speed and detail, and I am almost never lost on the screen. I've viewed many of them. Thank you! I've had some programming experience, but not with HTML or website design. I am trying to set up a fine-art photography portfolio website, and I need to select a website design system. Most systems seem capable of building excellent websites in general, but one requirement for my website is full control of the media image displays. Specifically, which systems also allow control of metadata content (Title, Caption, Camera settings, etc) and in addition allow me to enter and display non-metadata free text (such as a poetry verse) with each image, that I can precisely animate onto the screen near the image? Is there an animation that looks like turning pages of a book? Thank you.
Hello! Do you have a tutorial in which you add videos? I work with a lot of video material and I would like to know how to do it in webflow. When I tried it would appear cropped
This is a very good tutorial. Easy to follow for a beginner like me... Would appreciate if you can share the assets being used here.... Thank you and kudos!
Thanks a lot for this video, it was very useful! Unfortunately some items / features have changed functionality and don't work in described ways anymore. But big appreciation for huge work done, clear, detailed explanation anyway! 👍
absolutely many thanks to you mate for this tutorial, i have one question, can i build a website in webflow from scratch and sell it for profit as a template?
very nice video presentation, I am very happy to see your way for presentation, I hope you will succeed soon. thumbs up for his hard work guys, this is not easy to do 60min of video by sitting in front of the pc, we should appreciate him.
Amazing - thank you so much for this and the other video comparing the different sites! I subscribed to your channel & will use the link you gave to sign up for Webflow. One question: I want to have pictures on my home page that when clicked on link to other pages on the site (instead of the navigation bar at the top). Do I still use the navigation element and put the pictures in individual navigation elements?
Thanks for the great video, big help. I would be grateful if you could enlighten me how to get the lightbox settings as shown on the panel (at around 32:30) since my panel is showing me (after choosing the "gear" section) the image settings section followed by custom attributes, kinda like the lightbox settings part has vanished. Secondly, seems like once we have named a class, it will show up in the list even if I am working on a different project. Is there any way to delete those classes that I no longer need since the list will keep growing forever. Much obliged.
Hi, I loved this tutorial. I've tried watching Webflow University and find them difficult to follow. One question though. I can't figure out how size elements without typing in the information. Same goes for margins and padding. Can you explain the shortcuts?
Hi, Thank you for that great video! Is it possible to publish multiple customers' websites from a single account and invoice the customer accordingly, or is it necessary to open a separate Webflow account for each customer? Thank you!
Very nice tutorial, much appreciated! Question: How do I change the background color of the navbar when its compressed and changed to a drop down menu?

I like using the analogy of dogs as a class because we are so familiar with dogs and their breed characteristics.
Simon is a great tutor. He is easy to follow and speaks at a good pace for learning.

at 22:55 into the video you mention you need to remove the padding from the hero section, but you actually meant to say remove the margin!
Hi, I loved this tutorial. I've tried watching Webflow University and find them difficult to follow. One question though. I can't figure out how size elements without typing in the information. Same goes for margins and padding. Can you explain the shortcuts?
