Love your dnf trash can. I am doing my first reading journal and using some cutouts from another journal template since I have bad hands and can't write alot. Also adding some stickers and washi tape to accent my spreads. Enjoyed your video.

Love the 2024 page. You can borrow from the library for your book bingo. I also dont read classics but I had to do it because it was on my book bingo this year. I read 1984, it was hard to get into since it’s a classic but it’s very interesting and you can also check out the graphic novel version（kinda a loophole for me😅) if you can’t get into the book.
That is such a good idea. I might also just hit two birds with one stone and get a German classic from the library that way I have a non English book that is borrowed 😂

@@Vivslittlelibrary thats what i did for my book bingo too😆, i had a banned book, a graphic novel and a classic on it and only read one book to cross them out.
I felt exhausted just watching that, you worked so hard. The monstera plant looks fine to me btw, so does the 2024 opening page 😊

a classic i always recommend is The Picture of Dorian Gray. The language is pretty easy (i understood it perfectly well although english is not my first language) and the story is extremely gripping and it is so interesting to see Dorian Gray becoming worse and worse over the time. 5/5 stars, it is one of my favourite books of all time :)

Such a cute setup! I love the title page (might make something similar). I always love writing down my owned TBR at the beginning of the year and look back at the end of the year.

You could colour in the books on the title page with a pale grey or pale beige, leaving the numbers white.

the whole set up is so cute! and I'm glad you didnt do perfect ruler books or boxes, it looks better this way!
200 books is a lot, i didnt even manage my planned 50. but i also read a lot of manga on the side, if i count them in, i'd probably have 150-200 as well. but i "only" count them as manga and not books since i read one volume in 20-40min.
so thanks for showing us your journal, everything that could be filled in as of yet, i already did, but i still got some inspo
classics that i love: giovannis room, the great gatsby, alice in wonderland, the catcher in the rye.

looooove the journal set up, you could make the drawings of the books bigger, and actually write the names of the books you want to read on the spine, and colour them in when you've read them. ❤❤

Do you mean on the pice front?😂 yeah… I just find myself not really enjoying the books as much if there is more spice than actual plot…
