Thank you for sharing your system and thoughts on it. I love the idea of a “didn’t finish” list and I will be adding it to my reading journal setup for 2024. This will be the first year I’ve kept a reading journal and I’m hoping it will help keep me accountable to myself as I’ve been wanting to jumpstart my old love of reading both for fun and growth instead of relying on the Internet and articles as you mentioned. Hope your reading journey in 2024 goes well!
This is so pretty. I currently track pages read in my weekly and then the books read in my monthly - along with goodreads of course. Your journal is inspiring and I have done a dedicated reading journal before but I never seem to be able to keep up with it.
PS I'm also an academic and I try to avoid Amazon as well - my only exception right now is Kindle books but when my Kindle dies I'll replace it with a different ereader. Thanks for the tip about Libro!
Great setup; thanks for sharing! I love love love this particular A&O notebook. It's perfect for a reading journal! I've also recently set up a reading journal and it's so much fun!
Thank you! I really love the 8x8 A&O notebooks. (Also I'm a HUGE fan of your channel! I discovered Hobonichi years ago watching your videos. Thanks for watching!)
Every time I see your name written in your notebook’s cover page my first reaction is you spelled it wrong! My last name is Pereira so i think you’ve forgotten the i!! Thanks for a great video.

Of course! I'm not sure if it's available outside of the US but I love Libro.fm and Bookshop.org to help support independent book stores.
The size of this notebook is so nice! I love the setup you have, I want to recreate this for my reading journal
thank you! I'm loving the 8x8 size

Haha! & and Pereira is definitely the most common misspelling of my last name.
Cheers to Utah, for banning book bans!!!
