I DNF'd When in Rome because I couldn't get past the Dad character but Beg, Borrow or Steal sounds so good.....

My favorite book was The Courting of Bristol Keats by Mary E. Pearson. It was such a fun romantasy book. I can't wait for book 2.

I'm most excited for Rebel Witch, Emily Wilde, and Onyx Storm

Fable is the holy grail. I’ve been in love with since I found it in early 2024. I’ve never engaged with the community nearly as much or had this much motivation.

My most anticipated are mostly fantasy sequels. Onyx Storm (Still have to finish the second part of the the Graphic Audio for Iron Flame, but was surprised by how much I ended up liking the series), Sunrise on the Reaping, The Fallen and the Kiss of Dusk by Carissa Broadbent, and All Hail Chaos by Sarah Rees Brennan (book two in her new fantasy series). Mostly I'm interested in catching up on series this year, or starting ones that have already come out.

Definitely gonna have to give Book Lovers a go! Loved Funny Story and Happy Place

I love LibraryThing and surprised didn’t review it. The collections and tags are worth their weight in gold, haha. It does have an older look but is in a “wiki” style so endlessly customizable. And all of it is searchable by many, many data points - I haven’t run into anything I can’t find yet with the online browser searching. It has some social aspects but sadly, since most people don’t know about it, I’ve only had 1 or 2 friends on it.

I'm pretty sure the Archer series is based off the men in Criminal Minds.....I think....Hotch/Prentiss fanfic?

Is there a website that tracks everything reading related? Like Webcomic, Comic, Manga, and Books. I tried hardcover, and hardcover does contain manga, but since that show books based on volume, it's abit harder for me to track the manga there since I read new chapter as in before volume comes out since volume contains many chapters.

Just found your channel 🥰 for me I love using Bookshelf Your Virtual Bookshelf and Bookmory together as premium user because one is a digital organized library of what I have and the other is a great reading tracker.

I have books that I would like to include on the Fable App under "Wants to Read" and when I search, none of them are available on the app. This means ONLY the books on the app are able to be added. If I have Audible books, I am unable to add as well. This functionality is NOT HELPFUL and the app, for me will need to be deleted. I should be allowed to include books in MY bookcase. I would much prefer to have to freedom to add ALL BOOKS instead of having the detail options of plot design, characters, etc. Thanks for sharing your review of the app.

I am so hesitant to pick up that book because some say that the fantasy world/magic world is amazing but also I am not a fan of fantasy books where the spice takes over. I am a fantasy wit romance subplot girlie with slow burn and no spice. So maybe I should pass that one...I read too many books this year just because of the hype and my goal for next year is actually to read more that really "sounds" like it would be my taste and not only for the hype😥 But it was so fun to watch you read it and get an insight, especially since it helped me to figure out even more if I should read it or not

I’ve been using Fable for a few months and I really love some aspects of it. Especially day tracking and year tracking, but my biggest problem is it doesn’t have some of the books I read so I can’t fully commit yet.

I think you're hella brave for facing your anxiety and letting go of some books. I don't have any good ideas on what to do with the un-haul. Donate most to a high school for any YA and the adult to a women's shelter? You could sell the special editions on Mercari or something like it. But I wouldn't price them based on what you paid for them. More like what you'd take to get the shelf space and mental load back.

As soon as I don't like a book, I have no problem with getting rid of them immidiately. But my problem right now is that my bookshelf only has books in it that I liked (not even my tbr, I have that in the tbr cart) and now my whole bookshelf is full. I have books in second rows etc. and I don't have any space for another bookshelf since I also only live in one room... so I can't convince myself to unhaul books since every book I own I liked 😥😥 Also I am on the same page as you with Zodiac Academy. I tried but I wasn't even able to get fully through the first book since the bully trope was so bad and also for me there was some misogynistic stuff in it that wasn't even questioned/critizised by the twins, just a "oh I guess that is how the school works, okay" reaction and that was such a red flag for me...

I read all TMI and the prequel because people still constantly say how good this series is and nope I never feel invested. The lore is okay but her characters are always the same and they are insufferable.
