If all it takes is a 20 minute delay to "ruin" your entire vacation, then I'm one million percent certain I would rather stick pins in my eyes than travel with you.
well his wife is disabled. Probably through herself down the stairs after 20 years of marriage with that dork
🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂👍🤣👍
That poor poor man who had his vacation ruined. I feel so sorry for anyone who ever has to go anywhere with him. What a prikkk. Everything is all about him.
YES😂 this
I wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was him stuck. People can be so inconsiderate and entitled. You guys did an awesome job on both recoveries.
My ex husband woulda told him "lick-my-dot!" And he was born and raised pert near there
@@rcorn79135It was Jeff who wasted time giving away candy instead of finishing the job..
I agree with @terryharris2372 he wouldn't be so happy if he was on the other end of the hook. Great work by all 4 of you.🎉🎉
You really need to understand what the word entitled means. People are stupid. Get some vocabulary. Yes, he acted inappropriately. However, that's not entitlement. How about you try to be disabled and needing to use the restroom. Put yourself in his shoes. I'm not defending him but both my wife and I are disabled and have been in that situation. No, we did not bitch out the person who is in the way. However, it is incredibly frustrating and embarrassing.
@@cerebraltackleyeah I guess you needed the dictionary to he thought he could just get through even though it was a one road Highway that was blocked that's called entitlement can you hurry it up so he can get through with his disabled wife that in itself is its entitlement there's always somebody disabled
“Oh, I’m sorry. I missed the sign that said this is all about YOU!” 😊😊
He should be grateful that he was held up by an accident and not part of one. What a jerk!
He was held up by someone giving away candy (instead of finishing the job and unblocking the road)
He wasn't held up by an accident. He was held up by a tow truck driver wasting time giving candy away instead of opening the road
@@C0MPUTERPHILE You must be that guy...
@@C0MPUTERPHILE First of all, it took 30 seconds to give out the candy. And they were doing that while everyone was still getting back into the van, so they didn’t cause any extra time at all. Also, they did the pull out as quickly as possible. Other companies might’ve taken longer.
Nice kids at the cabin. The internet tells us that whole generation is terrible, but polite young people like that prove otherwise! ✌️
I truly believe that there are a lot of great kids out there. I know several in my town. They focus on the bad ones on line because they are more entertaining!
That must be, believe it or not, the next generation. The rotten tomato in this case is the s*d who is angry about ruining his vacation.

One in a million, rare
If that's all it took to "ruin his evening" he's living a pampered life. I was sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic for 4.5 hours the other day and it still turned out to be a great day. That guy would have spontaneously combusted. I love your videos and thank you for all the great content.
4 1/2 hours and still a great day; you sir had your Blessings turned on!❤
The first time I visited the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area I ended up having to drive to Gatlinburg and pay something like $20 to park because the trolley wasn't running due to the fire downtown. On the way home, I got stuck in a traffic jam on I-75 in southern Kentucky that resulted in it taking me 90 minutes to travel 4 miles because someone decided to do road work in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday (or at least close the left lane). I still had a great time and neither of those incidents ruined my vacation. Complaining that blocking the road to free a stuck vehicle is ruining your vacation is ridiculous.
But you didn't have to clean up shit that your wife got all over because she was delayed getting to a toilet, did you?
I remember a couple years ago people were complaining about waiting in traffic during the Hot Rod Power Tour and how hot it was. Meanwhile I was stuck at work wishing I was in a traffic jam ON VACATION! Same thing happened last year, I had all of the hotels booked but my boss denied my vacation request because apparently no one wants to work anymore so I was forced in…. So I have no sympathy… and plenty more people were stuck at home because they had no money nor job wishing they could be at work!
Unfortunately we live in a world of “me, me, me” folks, without compassion, and without common decency
If you helping those people ruined that rude man’s vacation, he really needs to reevaluate his priorities.
Chad had to wait 10 minutes and it RUINED HIS WHOLE VACAY! Did he demand to see your MANAGER?
🤣🤣🤣
Disabled wife about to shit herself. A person sitting themselves in my car could ruin more than just my vacation.
@@lazykranch3205 On the one hand, yes. On the other hand, sometimes you just go find a McDonald's or something and use their bathroom. As someone with issues myself, I know I need to give myself time to get things done. You take the pit stop in town that is a sure thing when it is available.
I'm disabled too and wear disposable undies when I leave the house just in case! Stuff happens, the world is not perfect Mr. Grumpy 😊
Her disability might not be incontinence... She might be in a wheelchair (and thus can't just piss/shit in the woods).. Turning back to find a gas station might take even longer and seeing Jeff waste time giving away candy would have pissed me off too if I had to go and were stuck without a handicap bathroom..
@@C0MPUTERPHILEJeff is quite capable at a lot of things. But I don't think reading the minds of people is one of then. How was he supposed to know he couldn't take an extra 3 minutes, if that, to try to share some good will.
Go be mad somewhere else ya old curmudgeon...
@@C0MPUTERPHILE The man said she had to go.
And the Whiney Jerk of the Week Award goes to...the Whiney Jerk! Hey, y'all shoulda offered him some candy and a toy tow truck.
The angry renter's little tantrum was so uncalled for.
I agree, entitled. Not like they planned on an accident or needing to call for a tow truck.
remember that guy who was mad at you, when he needs a tow just say no
Or, just assess a PITA charge.
@@JREwing78- absolutely a $100 surcharge, and everything is cash only! My buddy owns his own towing business and can adjust the price from free to infinity, just based on people’s attitudes.
His poor wife, I am sorry for her disability and the fact she has to rely on a grumpy pants to care for her. Perhaps offer help instead of being grumpy, kindness goes a long way 🌸🐨🌸
You going to help him when his poor wife shits in his car? He needed to get the old disabled woman to the restroom.
Sh** happens. It depends on the person and how they react to unfortunate situations that can make a vacation fun or miserable. If it was my significant other, I wouldn't bi*ch moan and complain about how waiting 10-20 minutes ruined my entire vacation. I also wouldn't make my significant other feel shamed and embarrassed by saying them having an accident in my car ruined the whole vacation. That just makes the situation worse.
Accidents happen. If she had an accident, try and help her by reminding her that this stuff happens to people, reassure her that he'll help her get situated and cleaned up, get her comfortable at the cabin, then go clean the mess. Attitude matters. I'm sure she felt 10x worse than her husband cuz she's disabled and can't help him clean it up. No need to make her feel worse.
Heck, draw up a nice bath for her and put some candles around it so she can have a night of relaxation after this. Turn a bad experience into a better one somehow. Don't make it such a big deal.
I keep trying to teach my mom this, and I actually think it's strengthened our bond.
Having to clean up my significant others accident would *not* ruin my vacation.
Well, how dare you force that van off then block the road to get it, lol. Apparently that is what he thinks & how sad of a vacation is he having if someone else's accident ruins his.
So glad to see Jeff out there helping all his favorites aka transit vans. Why does everyone gotta be so mean and grumpy… what if that had been him stuck up there. Good to see Covin out helping. Keep up the great work Team EA!
Loved the impromptu dance party, what an adorable family! Lots of love to those that show you patience and grace while you're in those mntns doing your thing!!
Trying to get Jesus involved. Gotta dance and sing those songs to get the good lord helping to hold that tree!
Yes! That was my favorite part. Good energy is going there!
Wow. So inconsiderate of that guy. Let's hope he never needs help. Karma can be a b***h!
Blocking a public road to give out candy is the inconsiderate thing showed on video here
"Boy he was mad" wait til he sees the video and mentions it to ya. :)
How would you like to work with this guy, be his neighbor, be his FAMILY(oh no!!). He is really a sad human. Bet it will go viral in his area.
Whew! Mr. Jeep is lucky it didn't roll down that hill, good job Covin!. You cannot beat Jeff's driving tips to help folks navigate those steep roads and driveways. Oh boy, more Transit van adventures! Mr Mad Renter can get all out of shape he wants but he wasn't getting up that driveway with that van stuck there. If that little hiccup ruins his vacation he wasn't having a good one anyway. LIGHTEN UP guy! Great job EA Team, "we appreciate ya!"
That van was a tough one for sure but I had faith in you , that angry man needs a hug 🤗 you all stay safe out there and God Bless awesome video
I think angry man needed a diaper change.
The nerve of some people these days. No consideration what so ever for a job well done. You did get it done for him and in your own time too, at least he could be a little less of an attitude and just say thanks for helping. Awesome job guys in my book.
I guess that guy has never been in a situation like that. Some folks need to do better.
That guy showed his character didn’t he? The road is public and these people paid for your services so they are the priority he is the…NOTHING!
doncha know most think their time is more important than yours is today?.......lot of bad manners and pure rudeness on the roads these days
Jeff, nice to see Covin working at your side, definitely brings back memories when my son was always there to help me. The group in the van sure was a really happy group, and they really appreciate the candy 👍🏻. Jeff, Kristen, Covin and Kendra have a great weekend it been an awesome week. From Kentucky 😊.
The edits just have me hysterically laughing so hard with the added sound effects and music when those poor folks were dancing while Jeff was working on recovering that transit van. That was a doozy! So thanks for that Kendra! 🤣🤣 But of course the video wouldn’t have been complete without the presence of a selfish inconsiderate person trying to get you guys all fired up because of their mistake. Good job EA FAMILY!!
If you come to our mountains, by all means enjoy yourself. Please leave your I’m entitled and generally bad attitude at home
Ruined his vacation, well let's hope Mr Asshat doesn't end up stuck in a ditch or worse.
What a jerk! Wonder if he realised yet.
It's best to always remember that if you think you are having a bad time (forced to wait for 20 minutes for the road to clear) someone else could be having a much worse time (off the side of one of those mountain driveways or roads needing a vehicle recovery by a towing service). Just imagine yourself in the other guy's place, take a deep breath, and chill. Your attitude about these inevitable "bumps in the road" of life determines how happy and content you are with your life. In my opinion, EA recovered that van from a very bad spot in an amazingly short time.
He was mad because Jeff wasted time giving away candy (not a valid reason to block a public road)
@@C0MPUTERPHILE You are that angry guy !! Aren't you? 🤣
@C0MPUTERPHILE It took all of 30 seconds to five out the candy as everyone was hopping in the back of the van.
As this person said, your attitude towards these unfortunate accidents in life can make or break your happiness in life. 30 seconds out of 20 minutes. Not much of a change there, at all.
Him getting out and complaining actually cost him and his disabled wife more time because EA had to stop what they were doing and address his anger issues.
I hope that man gets the patience he showed the next time he’s in dire straits. Bless his heart, how self-centered! 😮
The family at the winchout of the van needed those chem light bracelets and necklaces for their dance. It was a winch dance instead of rain dance.
As my grandmother once said: you can get glad in the same pair of pants you got mad in!!! She meant pronto!!
I’m gonna steal that one, I love it!!
@@EverythingAutos 👍
Some people are never happy.
Wow! I'm disabled female and have been for 18 years now. Here's a tip I'm happy to share in regard to "potty" accidents. Invest in some good quality paper underwear along with the heaviest duty "incontinence" inserts such as those made by Poise to tuck inside. Thankfully I haven't gotten caught too often in traffic jams, but whenever I have, I'm confident a "pee" accident won't be an issue. Also, I keep a bag in our car at all times with a clean pair of pants, paper underwear, and pad just in case. I may be disabled, but I'm not stupid either!
It would have been a lot longer to wait if the tow truck wasn't there to move the van.
Persistence paid off with that Transit winch out , Nice work . Hope the angry guy never needs EA probably would be nasty to deal with .
Beautiful work. I understand being frustrated but if he truly cared, he wouldn't interrupt recovery process and waste more time!
Well bless his poor little ole heart!!! Bet he is a gem of a guy to be around!! Great pulls both times guys!! Keep'em coming please!! Hey Kendra,,, great edits!!!!
Hope Jeff didn’t hurt his ankle! He hurt mine just watching him. Glad you had treat bags for the kiddos, they were cute cheerleaders/dancers for your video. Glad you had the Gatlinburg police with you.
Colvin slayed it again!!! And then the people TRYING to dance were so funny!!😂
That little tree did good for as long as it did! I was afraid it would come right out of the ground because of all the saturated ground from the rain, but it held much longer than I thought it would. Well done Jeff and Kristen for getting that transport van out of there.
It is his attitude not the noise which is hurting his vacation. I can remember a vacation where I spent an entire day helping people stuck with a broken driveshaft. Drove them to Reno from the crater for the part and spent half the night connecting things up and making certain nothing was broken by the failure. I felt so good it was a great vacation!
The transit family dancing and jamming out put such a smile on my face. What good people lol 😆
So if he has a whole bad day is that like 10 years of his life ruined.
I love how the family is watching the wench out just dancing and having fun. I can myself being friends with this family and having fun myself no matter what the situation is.
As someone who has a spinal injury and has bladder issues I get the man's frustration. What I don't get is the anger he has toward you. You are not the problem, you are working on solving the problem. If you were not there he still could not get by and get to the destination until you were on site and fixed the issue.
Great job.
Steep and slick with little trees😮, that first one the steep really showed when you were going down! Good job 🎉
You're a better man than me to apologize to that grumpy gus for complaining about a fifteen minute delay. I would have not been so cordial. Kudos to you kind sir!
I am always amazed to see all that Jeff can do, if he can't nobody can.
Jeff….I do believe that tree deserves a hug from you 😂
Whenever I see a tow truck and the road is temporarily closed all that I think is, I hope everyone is alright.
Exactly I say a prayer everyone isn't hurt or worse vacay guy has that entitled narcissist personality
I loved the dancing! I couldn’t stop laughing. Maybe that grumpy guy could use a little music in his life.
You should do a year end show every year and give out "awards" for different things like "most sympathetic call" funniest phone call" funniest pick up" etc. I nominate this guy for "a-hole of the year".
Covin has incredible glasses. They are giving bodyguard popstar vibes
You should get an angle gauge installed in the truck to let us know what degree pitch these hills are - that would be really cool - Keep up the great work
They have two degree's, steep and sreeper.
Nice dance step, Jeff! Getting the whole family saving the day. ( EA family) You all rock. From Co. the mile high state
At first when I saw Jeff on the back of the tow truck and Covin driving I thought maybe Jeff was being a bit too critical of Covins driving ability…then realized someone was riding shotgun LOL.
As for Mr Angry: ‘P*** Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine’ (oft used phrase during my military career)
The road does look steep. Kudos to the amazing road crew that paved that road.
Should have given the grouch something from the goody bag!
I enjoy seeing Covin and you work together on a recovery.
yikes!! that IS steep. When you're backing up the road...and the front bumper is dragging...you know that road is steep!!! 🙂 Good job on all recoveries!
Jeff, ❤ all you videos. Going to pay to join the channel. Grumpy old man has no patience. I'm 71 year old female so I have the right to say he needs to stay home if he can't handle life's situations. Stay safe ❤❤❤♥️🙏🙏🙏
I'm impressed with how you coach your son. You're a superb teacher, always positive.
Jeff if I ever grow up I wanna be just like you. Man you are my hero and I am 54 years old. 😊
You guys are the best at what you do
The guy should of let you finish doing your job instead of being disrespectful.
That was a bad spot to be stuck with very few winch points like strong trees. The recovery was challenging to do .
I am glad to be part of this RUclips family on here
That road was slick! I know the poor woman had to use the bathroom but safety is key!!❤❤
Oh my! Like those people purposely planned to get that van stuck! Great job as always guys!
We get to live with whatever outlook we choose. We also can't change other people, just our reaction to them. I know that it's easier sometimes to focus on the negative, but let's all try not to let a minor inconvenience "ruin" our whole night (right?). Ya'll handled that fella very well. Keep up the good work!
The nasty man complaining about his vacation being ruined was treated to " exiting Gatlinburg traffic on a Sunday " 😂😂😂
Jeff, you and your team/family amaze me every video with your professionalism and creative ways to help people. Stay safe and take care frrom Arizona
You are better than Me! i'd have told him to go call the PD ,since they called you.
How would he have felt if that van wasn't being moved and just left in the road blocking it?
Be thankful someone is there to help. Geez.
the view coming down the hill at 9:25 reminded me so much of home. i moved from indiana to Arizona and while the desert is stunning i miss those types of roads, as scary as they are, it's beautiful. great footage
Who's that angry guy gonna yell at if he ever drives through downtown Gatlinburg on a holiday?
Fam Dancin' : I love it!!
Great job EA !
Remember there is no magical free parking spot!😅
Hello from Texas. Well, definitely watching your channel past few days, makes me want to visit Gatlinburg TN.
“To the left, to the left” 😂
Give him a tissue for his issue. 😭🤣
I'm mad that there is a delay! I'm going to go and yell at everyone so it takes even longer! Waaaahhhhhhhhhhh
Another job well done as always!!
I just want to say I have been watching your videos for 6 months or longer now and I really enjoy your content and how courteous you and your wife are even when someone is being very ignorant to you keep up the great work that you do for your community up there in Gatlinburg Tennessee
That man needs to find himself a vacation home that’s not on a mountain. I hope he never gets stuck, but maybe that’s what he needs in order to learn to have more sympathy. Geez.
Of course he was mad. He got disabused of the notion that the world revolves around him, so he got upset at that sudden realization. 😂
I am a terrible backer-upper…. And this is my nightmare.
he needs to get over being mad You guys did an awesome job on both recoveries.
Hi guys! Glad you managed to get that Transit sorted - that looked a tricky one for sure! I can't believe that guy who accused you of ruining his vacation just because he had to wait a little while - some people just have no patience! We've been having a fair bit of rain over here too, in parts of the UK, we had another storm hit the country! Take care, stay safe! 👍
Love when people come to a place to vacation and treat the locals like NPCs.
Just love how you are training Covin. You're patient, letting him take as long as it takes, but insisting that he does it right. That training is going to serve him well regardless of whether he decides to tow cars for a living or not.
I would have told him to take his ass to the gas station if it was such an emergency.
OUTSTANDING work on that van, friends!
Lol! You helped him! There's a saying and it goes " your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part". And that is exactly what comes to mind when I see this guy blaming you for his hardship that was incurred due to his own I'm not going to say stupidity I'll just say lack of proper judgment. But bless you both for being stronger than me cos I would have called him an idiot and I would have left him stranded. LOL
Great job guys! Love it! Stay safe!
Your lucky we ain’t seen rain since September, south west Western Australia
Great job as always guys!!
I was caught up in a road fatality. I was second on scene after (1st was a lone cop) some poor guy had rolled his car, been ejected and got his head run over. Road closed for 6 hours. People were complaining they had ‘important stuff’ todo within 20 minutes. There was a headless body of some 21y/o guy not 10 feet from them with his head exploded all over the road AND THEY DID NOT GIVE A SHITE!
If that was him off the roadway Jeff would still be there helping him 👍🪝🪝
