They’ve innovated with seasons, can’t deny that. And changing weather conditions with the variety the horizon games has is something even simulation racing games such as acc struggle to match (dust storms, etc..). Still think horizon 5 missed a crucial evolution in gameplay with more direct integration of player-generated events than the companion feature we have now, and that online’s player layer system makes freeroam feel lonelier. They have all the ingredients for an amazing social sandbox racer but quite a lot of features feel tacked-on and under-utilized
Tbh Forza Aero should be removed. Or optional at least. There needs to be an "aero kit" mod lets you have the Forza Aero performance without any visual changes. And as for cars with body customization, you can still fit those custom parts (I.E, Nismo parts on the R34) while retaining the benefits of the "aero kit" upgrade.

If you're first for almost the entire race, i can assure you, it's never luck. Also, it's a racing game, as much as the devs tried to dumb it down to not be competitive, it's still a racing game, you're there to win. Being bad is a lame excuse.

In fh5 rx-7 is handling car handling is pretty good though but with v8 on it it’ll kinda hurt mu heart and 4 rotor don’t have top speed and elise gt1 is better choice but rx-7 is good for new players that don’t have any budget to buy elise gt1
@@lazywaratch9024 If the 4 rotor had an option to turbocharge/supercharge it'd be able to reach the top of S1 no biggie. Or if they just had a 3 rotor which you could upgrade to reach the top of S1. Would've been nice to have.
The Spirit R or the FD with the bodykits available? I'm assuming it's the normal FD since the bodykits give it extra grip and the chasis mounted wing gives it downforce tuning.

He uses abs, no tc, braking line and probably sim steering and manual w/ clutch (manuals w/clutch is only really necessary for cars that are stick shift btw). If you wanna get better knowing and understanding racing lines makes the biggest difference, the suggested one isnt always best since it doesnt extend the track at all and it often tells you to brake when you dont need to. Also smooth is fast, erratic driving lowers the limit of grip. Trail braking is also important
I thought the penalty system was for when you hit barriers while going round a corner at too fast? I think it didn't give you a penalty because you were not going into a barrier, just a piece of scenery. I've had it in my games too.

I hardly see these in public lobby races, they make so much mechanical grip without the need of ugly forza aero. They're a blast to drive tbh

You can drive through brick walls, metal railings, trees and bushes but they draw the line at metal posts.....gotcha.
